The location of the property is excellent. But, MMT had not informed about the construction work going on at the property. It was an absolute mess. The entire place was covered with bamboo masts, nets, construction material and rubble. Even the entrance was covered with bamboo masts. The TV wasn't working as there were no connections due to the construction work. All had been taken down. The AC in our room was faulty and was frequently switching off. It was evident that the AC had not been serviced in months. There was no option for food as the kitchen was also broken down. Even tea wasn't available. It was disappointing that MMT did not update themselves regarding the property that they're promoting on their site. The rate charged was very high with respect to the present condition of the property.

Specious rooms, excellent location as it is next to the sea beach. However toilet was not hygienic and it smells. Our stay was just ok.

Location is good, and the only one 21 year old service boy only serve, except this nothing is there even no tea or food stall nearby. Amenities are very old and poor. I am sorry to say as a traveller it is a horrible experience to me. Another thing that this room of laxmi resort only 1000/ per day, but through your business profit i am paying rs 3330/ per day

Good behaviour of the staff, nice place to stay.

No basic amenities available. Staff is good but due to unavailability of basic infrastructure they are helpless non functional kitchen is there but you have to go outside even for a cup of tea. Geyser is noneffective. Cleaniness is not prominent. Needs a lot of improvement.

Need maintenance immediately. Otherwise it will be terrible to stay

Food was not available at the location as cook was on holiday

Traveling with family and children this place is not recommended by me because in this summer season room is not cool at all no proper functioning of ac and tv bed not comfortable no complimentary drinking water by the hotel.

It would be better location was perfect just near the beach

Property location is best part. Hotel at sea beach market approx 600_700 m so a good place to cover all places. Light house nearby. If you like quite beach. It is infront of hotel

Location is bit far from main market various auto were available
Good rooms near lighthouse close to tara place. Parking area available. No restro attached with hotel almost 1. 5km from swargardar main market. Sea facing

This hotel is completely sea facing and nearly swargadwar, puri. Which is main beach area of puri. Hotel staff's are very cooperative and friendly. Nice stayed at laxmi resort, puri.

Location of hotel excellent & food not yet started
Safety is there but one permanent security guard should be present there.

Hotel location is in good. But there are no room service and restaurants available. Rooms are ok.
