LILLY RIBERA RESIDENCY

Room is good in appearance. Due to low quality of furniture, termite dust is there in many places of the room. In the night, termite fust fell into the pillow and caused a lot of inconvenience. Mosquitoes were there and there is no mosquito repellent available in the room. Most thing is that at 5 AM loudspeakers of a nearby temple started and continued upto 6 AM, made the sleep impossible, as I am sensitive to sound. Utensils in the room was not cleaned. Some insects seen in the kettle. A bridge work is going on very close to this hotel, makes the area dusty. Reception staff is in the night. Overall not worth for which I had paid. 

Breakfast not provided in time. Room ok. Location good. Bathroom average. Overall average.

First of all, it's not a hotel but few rooms above a textile and jewelry shop. That's why full front view is not shown. The hotel is completely run down and need maintenance, not same as shown in the pictures, there's no restaurant or dinner service and i need to walk outside to another restaurant to get food parcel, and the breakfast is also arranged from outside and served in the room. I don't know how it will be sufficient in case if we want some extra food there's no room service, the towels are torn and molds and mushrooms inside bathroom doors and walls. Need full makeover and maintenance by the owner kindly resolve the same. Thanks.

Bathroom was having bad smell, they changed the room. This is not worth the money, there are other hotels that offer better facilities and clean rooms for a third of this price

The rooms were pretty okay. It wasn’t clean enough. Could have been more clean. The sheets also smelled bad. Towels were not clean and the bathroom did not hot water. Overall hygiene was a concern for the amount we paid to stay there.

Excellent rooms with good bedding and toiletries, with Tv wonderful design. Well maintained rooms and toilets with 24 hrs hot water. Excellent customer service excellent place to stay we loved it. Hospitality was amazing, the balcony view is mind blowing to backwaters. Rooms & towels were neat & clean.. staff are helpful gud location easy to accessible

The room service was excellent there will be got a nice experience it was safety place it was a safe place near the kumarakom centre in next time i will sure to choose this place

Excellent hospitality. Rooms are good. The bathroom is very clean. Running hot water is available 24 hours. No restaurant. Food can be ordered from nearby dubai hotel.

We stayed at lily rivera for one night, the rooms are spacious with all facilities. The location is close to town. The staff were very helpful

Peace and serene view, if want to live in a very calm and comfortable outlook this place is best. Service was fairly gud. Receptionist was prompt. A best place in a calm atmosphere and u can venture in most prominent place nearby.

It was really a wonderful stay at Lilly Ribera Residency . Location of hotel z there in the heart of town. A small water body z there behind the hotel movement of local fishing boats are a regular Sean n which is very interesting. Stay is not a kind of resort , walking / open area in the premise is almost nil . Hotel staff and the management is very good and cooperative. Only problem which we faced z the food as they don’t have any restaurant and good hotels are also not visible nearby. Those who want to stay has to carry some food of their comfort and taste . . Overall experience was good. Location was really nice. Hotel staffs were helpful. Room was clean and view was also good.

The quick and hassle-free check-in set the tone for the entire stay. Accommodation: the room i stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. The moment i entered, i was greeted by an impeccably clean and beautifully decorated space. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the comfortable king-sized bed with high-quality linens to the tasteful furnishings and modern amenities.

It was a great stay and clean place. I was really not sure about this property while booking but i am happy after the stay. The room was clean and the washroom was neat. I strongly recommend this property.

Breakfast is packed food with medium quality. Hotel is very hygiene. But no hot water in bath room and no chair in room. Also no wifi
