Nice location, staff behavior good. Cheaper hotel. Room is clear & big in size. Value for money. Book it

Hotel staff do not clean toilet and change bedsheet daily this need to be corrected, food was hygienic.

Booked my room from makemytrip. While i was on the way, informed me that rooms are not available and advised me to cancel the booking. But i didn't cancel, after reaching there i find there business is going on as usual. On my insisting, they arranged two inferior rooms. This i have been robbed of my money.

Rooms are not according to the rate of hotel n room n washroom is not properly mentioned and clean, i am very very disappointed with this hotel. Food preparation is more or less good, staffs are clean n fooding hall is good.

The decor of the hotel was good and is close to new digha beach. These are the only positive thing. The rooms were just average. The service was below average. My tv was not working, called them 3 times but no reply. Finally, the next day, when i scolded the manager, then he sent a guy to repair the tv. The bedsheets and towels were very old and had stains on them. The kitchen accepted the order and then after 10 minutes they canceled the order stating that they were out of raw materials for food.

Best room, best location, best behaviour, best food

The hotel can be maintained in a better way though it has enough facilities. Staffs are polite and try to make u feel good

But at 26th a lot of uncultured people make caose at night. And they are the guest.

The service boys not give the service on time

Proper cleaning done and the sanitation done before check in. Location of the hotel is good. But the food quality is average. And the service is very good and the staff are very comparative

It was holiday time in digha, getting a budget hotel was tough, though i found this one within budget and i was not very sure about the hotel to be very frank. You should not expect rooms to be extra glowing like most of the hotels now a days, but room is very spacious, open balcony and it gives you a homely feeling. Best part wast the behavior of the house keeping guys, timely cleaning, excellent food and very professional management. So my experience was beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay there. And probably this is the first time i am giving review.

Overall i like the services. Persons at reception are very nice and helpful. Cleaning stuffs and services are also good. Which i don't like most is that hotel is too much noisy till mid night. Food service could be better as per to the price

There must be social distancing in the dinning area as well, seats are very close fue to little space.

I booked the hotel for 2 days @ 2600 per day. But i am very sorry to say the stay was not worth it. The room was spacious but cleanliness is not maintained. The balcony was full of dust. The washroom was also very small. The bucket and mug was very dirty. Even the mat in front of the bathroom was very dirty. The hotel charged such an exorbitant rate for 2 days but the stay was pathetic.
