Lotus Bay View

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room was poorly maintained, there were cockroaches, the bathroom lock was broken and I even got stuck inside, the fan wasn’t working, and most of the fixtures were rusted, broken, or covered in fungus. The linens were also badly stained. This place deserves 0 stars.

Hotel Service is horrible,In executive room there is no ventilation..totally damp floor, without AC you cannot stay ..the water is coming from floor and wall..the hotel we cannot be a Three star hotel at all..no amenities has been provided as per the written.. complementary breakfast also we have to beg..then at last they have given very late.

Not superior room, only side sea view, dirty small room, toilet is small and dirty, tea not provided

At the time of booking, the hotel was described as comfortable and well-maintained, but my actual experience was completely the opposite. The problems I faced included: Poor Room Condition: The room was unclean, with stained linens, damp walls, and an unpleasant odor. The furniture was old and damaged, making the stay very uncomfortable. Bathroom Issues: The bathroom was unhygienic, with leaking taps, broken fittings, and no proper hot water supply. Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Despite multiple requests, the housekeeping staff did not attend to the room regularly. Basic toiletries and clean towels were not clean, bedsheets were having blood stains, rooms full of cockroach and bedbugs. No House Keeping Staff were seen in entire stay in my floor washroom door was full of termites and water leakage from aur conditioner. No Fans in the room and no window for basic ventilation. completely dissatisfied with my stay and make my trip didn't provide any quick response to address my issue as well. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is poorly maintained – the rooms were not clean, basic facilities were broken, and overall hygiene was lacking. The service also felt unprofessional and unresponsive to concerns. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.

No proper car parking place

Food was bought from outside vendor. Outside room it was so noisy. Bed was not good. Lights were not proper.

Good place just next to the beach. Very friendly staffs. Only issue is they do not have a private parking space

Worst hotel experience I ever had. Everything thats mentioned was false and there were nothing in the room, no toiletry, no internet for few hours, no cleanliness in the restroom, not even a handwash was available. Bedsheet was stained, no lockers, and even there is no ceiling fan, every facility mentioned on the hotel was false. I paid for a single night for a useless room, i wish i could speak to support team regarding this issue.

Had a wonderful stay at Lotus Bay View Hotel in Pondicherry! The hotel has comfy rooms and stunning views of the beach made it a perfect retreat. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Pondicherry. Not just walking distance, it literally at the beach.

Cockroaches in the room and bed, Bathroom door lock wasn’t working, was stuck in bathroom for an hour. Smell all around the hotel. All the time pukish feeling inside hotel. I have videos too if needed i can share

Room was completely condensation water including all ceiling wall and floor etc.. no fresh air available

They charged extra at hotel and congestion at room no food service , no food service rooms are small
