Luna Villa, Munnar

It was a very bad experience for me.The owner called 1 hr before checkin and told that 1 room has to be cancelled!I never heard this anywhere before. I had done booking more than a month back. Also,there is no board infront of the property. There is no reception or anyone to help you out or check in.I had to call to get checked in. It is in a location which is 30 mins away from munnar and there is NOTHING close to it.There is nothing inside.no food options nothing. only con was that the owner Pramod was helpful and proactive.He gave money back of 1 room but my family of 4 had to stay in 1 room because of their mistake. So avoid this stay. And also it's not a hotel .it's just a single room. photo shows that it has balcony ,but there is no balcony in the room

Room is excellent and outside scenery from the balcony is excellent but room service is not upto the mark. Sweeping of the room, change of bed cover and cleaning of bathroom is totally not done. Delivery of breakfast and dinner has been given as and when needed but not every day.

There was no wifi, no kitchen, no washing machine. All these were promised. When asked about this to the caretaker, he told us to complaint in the customer care. He was so arrogant.

No sign board was available and no body was available to provide tea, coffee etc. Balcony railing was dangerously broken and it was very unsafe for small children. If you are planning to go along with family other options are available

1. The host pramod was very gentle and cooperative 2. Room was clean and cozy. 3. Surrounding was very very good overall experience was nice. Suggestion to pramod 1. There is kitchen space so he should keep one stove, microwave and some basic kitchenette. He can charge bit more for this. 2. One small teapoy should have been kept.

We booked a 3 bedroom space there. K itch n was also offered in the initial time, but later it is found that no such facility and asked us to cook in the front courtyard, complimentary breakfast was also offered, but we have to travel to the nearby town to a hotel where they had arranged it, not in the premises. We were completely kept dark in this till next morning. Not recommended

We really enjoyed the stay there. The ambience was so good and the hospitality provided was appreciative. The sarrounding nature. The room was clean and spacious

The home stay was not clean and we didn’t find any help when needed. It should’ve been better. And there is no friendly service at all

Property was decent and rooms were also good however the view was memorable for us. The path to the rooms was fresh. Caretaker was helpful and could understand both hindi and english so was beneficial for us. Food could be improved but that just our taste buds speaking. U rs might like them. Worth staying if you're in munnar however be aware that this property is 10-13 kms away from city centre

I am really grateful to the hotel staffs and the make my trip for this kind of service. The hotel is very nice and hygenic, room was good and i would love visit again in this hotel in my next trip.

Very nice and homely stay, if you are staying here just be relaxed you are at your 2nd home. Keep it up guys you are doing so much.

I have ever seen this much beautiful location and hotel management received us very well, we reached hotel around 3, they received as at that time also very warmly and food is home made which is excellent in taste, surely I will visit next time in this hotel, thank you so much Pramod. Miss this place.

The location was down in the Valley so no scenic beauty to enjoy. Food was ok however the hotel staff was cooperative enough to allow us to cook our dinner once. The bedsheet was dirty and the fan was making noise. Overall an ok stay

Very bad place, not suitable for family, roads are bad and parking is not there.

Homestay is very helpful and good staff behaviour. Value for money and front view is very good from homestay. Special thanks to Promod ji.
