not good for stay, flesh not working, mirror was not good,heater not working. over all which is not good for stay.👎👎👎

Terrible resort, no hygiene, nothing. The room had a bad smell, and the bathroom was unacceptable. We checked out after a couple of hours.

The property is in the town but it's also located in a very good location where the room window opens to the tea estate and beautiful mountains of the tea garden. it's beautiful place and really fun to stay it's moderately clean rooms. as the place is full of mist and damp the rooms smell of damp and the paint you can find patches of black spots on the ceiling and wall.. but yes, the place is good overall.

Not worth for the amount spend and the booking of hotels through your ways made me to think not to book in future.

The water there was very bad, not only was there no water to drink, but the bath water in the bathroom was also muddy. There was dust on the blanket and pillow, so i couldn't sleep at night. I didn't like anything as good as it looks in this photo

The rooms very untidy and smelled very bad. Even after asking for change of room, the other room was also in same condition. No water bootle was provided. Bedsheets were not clean. The biggest mistake was booking this resort. The caretakers were not responsive. The place felt unsafe

Terrible stay

It was a really bad experience. It was extremely unhygienic and was full of a foul smell inside the room. The room was not well maintained and that too was really too small compared to the given description. We just got there and was shocked seeing how far away the place was from the live area. But we're informed it's too close. We just switched to another property to stay with 15 mins. Of reaching there. And no cancellation policy was available. How can i get my money back.

Its very calm and quiet place to stay with good privacy. The staffs are very welcoming and helpfull. Recommended place to stay within budget.

I have never had such good experiences in my life it is a good service but showing but when this showing cottage goes there where is the cottage you see in this beautiful photo when we go here then we will hear and hear that beautiful news sir this property or cottage now not available i will give you another one sir then we are going another place just go 45 km finally we reach than that’s wonderful cool to that beautiful eye, the view we see today is pretty beautiful rooms can be found even worse than the lodge you see in our stand. Nice nice rooms, nice clean, no family looking, no evidence, no looking back.

This place is hands down the best hotel i have ever had. Nice hotel in very cheap budget. The staff was extremely helpful and service was top-notch. It was an amazing experience very good property to stay, good infrastructure newly built. The atmosphere of the property is really calm and cool. We will love to have you stay with us in coming days

I am completely disappointed with the choice i made. Room was not worth to the amount i paid. Rooms are not cleaned properly some dettol smell was coming when i entered i felt like i entered a hospital. Doors of washroom was broken and and overload look of the room was not impressive. Resutrants are for name sake. Not even coffee is available. Parking is too tedious. Once parked it's not that easy to take it back. We need to get help from others in the hotel to move their vehicles. Ambiance and view from the rooms are pathetic. Common area is too small. Attenders are humble nothing good about the stay or hotel. Google reviews seems manipulated.
