They don't provide anything including a glass to drink water, the manager skips the question with the answer "I am new here. I will give your feedback to the management and try to make it available in your next visit.

Nice place to stay. Located in the centre place. Easily accessible at any time. Early check in was accepted by them.

Room was not ready on reaching the hotel in evening. 1st room given was a used room, without any cleaning & disturbed bedding. 2nd room given was stinky. Waited for about 40 min for cleaning, nobody turned up to clean. The staff assured me to prepare another room asap, Went out for dinner & on return, the duty staff changed & said they don't know & didn't bother to attend. Left with no option to stay in a stinky room. Limited & same options for breakfast on both days. Water kettle not provided. Bathroom taps leaking. Not recommend to anyone

Overall good. The location is convenient. Having a restaurant service to order food would have been better.

The hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks.The room was spacious and clean.The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Thank you make my trip

Madras regency has a very cozy and homely atmosphere the food was good the staffs were very nice and helpful and the location is also very good. Had a great experience.

worst service. only good thing is free wifi. by seeing the dining area we skipped complimentary breakfast. no room services. bathroom taps are not good. tv is not in a working condition. plugs are not working. tv remote didn't work. next time I will not book any rooms here and will not suggest anyone here.

Excellent Staff with professional and polite. Best place to Stay in Chennai in both ways as room and transportation availability. Breakfast available and rooms are very clean. Next time definitely I will choose this Madras Regency for family Stay.

The property was nicely maintained. Bathroom fittings where not up to the mark and the worst part is that they don't give glass for drinking water, eventhough an electric kettle is provided but with no glass and how suppose we can drink warm water.

Unhygienic room. worst maintenance , cleanliness is very worst. The toilet is not clean. The shower is not working properly.

The worst place to stay, wifi was not working and the service was so bad. The staff was giving wong information about checkout timings and took additional amount from us. The rooms are pathetic with the AC barely working. Worst experience ever

This hotel service is worst because I have went to Chennai for business meeting. One visitor came to meet me to discuss some Business Plan. The staff is not allowing for visitor to room for 2hrs meet. Finally staff is allowed for 30min after 10min of meet he is ringing the intercoms phone he is calling to my number knocking the door. This place is so terrible. I had a big argument with the staff. If the hotel is not allow into the room they have to arrange some lawn for visitor because I have came all the way from Hyderabad to Chennai for business meeting. Finally I have left the hotel with visitor outside for my business meeting.

The location of the stay was in a prime location but the bulding itself is very old. The room had a weird smell and sheets very clean but seemed pretty old. They did not have a kettle or iron in the room. However there was bottled water kept which is good. The check in and check out was also comfortable
