Quite gud to stay with the family

bathroom was not clean, they also changed the location of the room. and the floor was very sticky, idk why but clearly they hadn't mopped the floor well. Also they turned off the air conditioning and when asked they said there was a power cut. first time they turned it back after 30 minutes (maybe that was power cut) but at night after about 2 hours AC wasn't on for the whole night and 2 hours before the checkout they turned on the ac. wasn't quite the pleasant experience for one night stay.

The stay was homely and the people were courteous and helpful. It was a lovely experience and would recommend if you are looking for family freindly environment.

in the room AC is not working and it is stripped every time for that TV, Geyser and Bathroom Light was affected. in total I have used AC for only one or two days.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at mamta residency with my family, and it was a truly welcoming experience. Upon arrival, after ringing the doorbell, we were warmly greeted by nikita ma’am, who made us feel at home right away. Her hospitality and willingness to assist at any time with just a call were commendable. She ensured that our room was properly prepared before allowing us to enter, which reflected her attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by her politeness and the way she interacted with guests. Additionally, her child was very friendly and got along well with mine, making our stay even more comfortable. For caretaker behavior, i would rate it 5 out of 5. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved: 1. An additional charging point would be helpful for convenience. 2. The room’s sound insulation could be better to ensure privacy and minimize noise transmission between rooms and the outside area. Overall, it was a great experience, and i appreciate the warm hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again!

Location is good room was okk staff is very helpful it’s average stay but nearby many places breakfast served was good.

Place located close to dill i haat ina and green park metro station and kitchen open most time in whole day with good simple food

It’s not a hotel. Hospitality was good, but the rooms were not clean including bed sheets, table cloth, bathroom was really dirty as if it was never cleaned and at night there is no light in the premises.

the bathroom was not in a good condition, not so clean. and a lot of disturbance being made directly outside the room. rest was ok.

Hospitality is good and very pleasing. They have allowed me even at 12 am in the late night due to flight late. Response is also very good.
