Don't book this property , the owner is a drinker and he did not even come out when I went for check-in.His number was not reachable and everybody on the street said the owner is a very very bad guy and he will ask for more money very rudely when leaving. The place surroundings is also very very bad. The owner was not reachable at all , I reached the property by maps , after reaching there the owner was not available and many people told the owner is a drinker ,cheater and very rude person.I just avoided the stay and booked another stay

sir/ma'am, yesterday I booked a guest house(Maria angela guesthouse)for 2 persons/night, after I called them for confirmation they didn't answer my too many calls then I decided to visit the guest house which was given. I walked for about 2kms and was calling them continuously but they didn't receive my calls. when I reached there there was no reception, no lights, nobody there to receive us, we tried again' to call them but no answer after we collected information by shopkeepers there they told it is like that there is no management and there rooms are like rat rooms after we waited and finally moved back after we booked another hotel and about an hour after called back but it was of no point then. thanku

Stay away from this property. I couldn't stay there beyond the first night due to non-liveable condition. He offered me rooms in 2nd floor and staircase was so narrow that i got injured while carrying my luggage. Rooms are very dirty, broken doors, no towel or mirror. There is no bed actually, they placed plywood on top of some cement structure

Stay was fine enough, francisco, the caretaker was very helpful as we checked in late night, he helped us to reach the location with ease as well as gave well assistance

It worst propert in calangute beach, all room with full of Ant,lizard, dirty, no cleaning of room during stayed. No towel. ,room smell. Terrible room....the owner himself need to clean room.

Right next to the beach, owner is owns the hostel and sack.It was nice stay. Beach is nearby hardly 2 minutes walk.

Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness was a major letdown. Upon arrival, I noticed dust and dirt on the furniture and floors. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned, with hair and soap scum visible.
