Marmara Beach House

Clean, quiet Marmara Beach House with friendly staff. We also had the opportunity to meet one of the owners when we stayed there. The manager and staff were very co-operative. Being literally a hop, skip & a jump from Payambalam Beach, the Marmara Beach House is very conveniently located. We had booked a room facing the rear of the property but it was spacious and clean. We did check out the beaching rooms and they were really good. We plan to book one of those when we visit next . There are a few points that the Marmara Beach House must improve on - cleanliness of the common areas, especially the staircase, hot-water supply in the rooms, our room did not have a telephone instrument, improve the reconditioning unit - although it was on maximum cooling, we felt a little stuffy at night . But we will stay again at Marmara Beach Hotel when we visit Kannur next.

The Marmara Beach House is located right on the beach. We had taken a sea facing room and the view was amazing. The Marmara Beach House staff was really nice and friendly. Couple of times we requested them to provide food especially for our kid when their kitchen was closed and they didn't disappoint. The Marmara Beach House is the right place for you if you want to just relax on the beach and watch the sunset.

Marmara Beach house is on nice location, next to beach, it is almost like a private beach. Service was goo. People at Marmara Beach House are very friendly. Ours kids got kids play items and bicycles. Food was really good, even kids liked the food. We ordered both Veg and non veg food, we liked both. It was nice decision to book through MakeMyTrip.

Rooms are well arranged. Food is super tasty, staff are cooperative and best people. Complimentary breakfast should have more items. Location is amazing with beachview from the rooms. Food items are at reasonable price, cheaper than the rates in the restaurants in the town. The Marmara Beach House is Best valued for money.

The Marmara Beach House location is too good, just besides the sea beach and can go to beach in the night as well. Big room with basic facilities available. AC, TV, clean Bath room. Make sure to check the room is beach facing while booking as the rate is higher. Food need to be improved as I prefer healthy and local food.

Marmara is at the beach location, nice sea view from Marmara Beach House, beautiful Marmara Beach House, good food, neat and clean rooms. Supportive staff, helpful owner. It was a well time spent. Really enjoyed our trip. They went out of their way to assist us. They organized our local touring too.

Nice, clean, spacious Marmara Beach House. Good stay just opposite to beach.
Being sea beach Marmara Beach House, its expected the tourist will go to sea for playing. Staff were fine, but the manager or owner was bit harsh with us when we were returning from sea. They should change.

Everything is okay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing you have to keep in mind before booking is make sure with Marmara Beach House staff if there is any bachelors night party on day you book. If you are staying with family and this may disturb your sleep.

Excellent location with good Beach front. Food is neat and tasted superb. All the menu items are priced reasonably too. The only drawback I can think of is the space of sea facing rooms. It feels too small when compared to similarly priced rooms

It was a great experience, very good location nearer to railway station and payyambalam beach, all staffs were friendly and supportive, and rooms were spacious. Overall it was a very good experience here at this marmara beach resort.
