The 2 room which was booked where one was ok but the other room which was untidy and unhygienic not good for family, Please think 100times before booking

The rooms were not up to mark. The pot in the bathroom was not proper. The cupboard in room was broken. There was no shower. It was not worth my money. Would only pay 1k for such rooms.

The room is very bad. It isn’t kept clean by the staff. No house cleaning service. The walls, the tap, bed sheet, pillow covers, everything is very dirty and is not taken care of. Besides, it’s too costly for the terrible stay they are providing. I won’t recommend anyone this stay

No proper response in reception. We had been waited 2 days fr a tv remote. Heater not monitored timely by them.

1)room size so small could not able adopt three members. 2) no room service 3) no phone service to contact the receiption 4) blankets are urinated smell after then complaining no replacement done yet. 5) no proper hospitality service. 6) rooms not sterilized, big spider and other instects behind the cot. 7) not yet fully satisfied. Stay us horrible. 1. Wifi connection not there in the room 2. No hot water in bathroom 3. Water entered the room while raining 4. Booked 3bhk but they have given separate 2 bhk and 1 bhk without kitchen 5. No housekeeping or cleaning done during stay 6. No response when we asked on support 7. No intercom facility

Rooms are very very bad condition, no drinking water, no hot water for drinking and bathroom no cleaning, no shower, bed and pillow is very dirty.

The residency location provided is not guiding to the correct way, we took geographical searching to reach the location, we reached evening 11 pm it was hard to search the location at midnight, the reception was locked phone was not answered we tried more than 8 times, there was no car parking available but we managed in someway to park the car

The stay experience was really bad. Hotel service was pathetic, though i booked for 3 members no extra bed was provided. The room was really small as compared to whatever was showcased in the app.

Hi there is no response from hotel very poor hospitality there is no cleaning very small bed there is no additional. Bed sheet provided we are stay with family but very risky
