Mixed Experience I had a generally good experience, thanks to the helpful staff and decent food. However, there were some significant issues that need attention: - *Slow Food Delivery*: Food delivery was consistently late, often requiring multiple reminders. To get food on time, it's best to order well in advance. - *Order Accuracy*: There were mistakes with orders, such as receiving milk with sugar when requested without. - *Amenities*: Requesting amenities like a bathmat took a long time and multiple reminders. - *WiFi Issues*: WiFi wasn't working on the 10th, and my calls for assistance went unanswered, which was concerning given my work urgency. - *Post-Checkout Call*: I received a call at 11 pm after checking out, asking about food payment, which felt unusual. - *Bathroom Issues*: The bathroom had a foul smell, making it uncomfortable to use. On the positive side: - *Helpful Staff*: The staff were generally helpful. - *Water Pressure*: The water pressure was good, and the instant geyser was convenient. Overall, while the staff were helpful, the service and amenities need improvement to ensure a smoother stay.

I recently stayed at Masaga Hotel and found it to be one of the better options in the area. It’s conveniently located and well-connected. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the manager, Shatrudhan, was consistently helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Stayed at Masaga Hotel recently — it’s one of the better options in the area and very well connected. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Manager Shatrudhan was helpful and polite throughout the stay. Overall, a good experience!

Good family hotel near gurgaon railway station. Generally i stay here on my short business trips to gurgaon if traveling through rail route. Opted deluxe room. Its size-able, clean fitted with ac, smart tv, wifi, small tea tray and good room service. Front desk staff are courteous and insured comfortable stay. Only sideline things are breakfast starts at 9 am so need to inform the hotel in advance if requires early breakfast.

Location is superb, but breakfast they bring from outside and it was roadside quality, they have also harassed to give early checkin. They have charged 500 to get early check in after having room availability also. So this is purely non professionalism manipulation
