had a wonderful stay. excellent hospitality by the caretaker molina. she went extra mile to arrange breakfast for us before 8, as we had to leave the MeBaKeR View Inn by 8 am. the view from the MeBaKeR View Inn is mesmerizing. the room we booked was a non balcony one, still i would say you won't need a balcony because the 3 big windows in the room would suffice your need or desire for a balcony. although, we would have appreciated the owner (who is unknown to us as we never met him/her) if she/he would have recharged the tv for us to watch any sports channel, as in the evening we didn't have anything to do rather than simply resting at room, but it's okay not an issue as such. overall a good stay. a big cheers to molina👍🏻

If you want a peaceful location away from the crowd and a spectacular view of shillong, then this is the place. They have a wide variety of rooms to choose from. The hospitality is also good they listen to your problems whenever you need. We had a stay for 2 nights and haven't taken food from them cause we used ride all day long and take food from outside. So can't talk about food. Cons- the only con that i felt is that pricing of rooms are not balanced. Some rooms have far better facilities than others but at same price which is not fair i think. Other than that it was very good experience.

We stayed at the room g2, ground floor and it was very very chilly. The temperature as low as 5 deg c. Since there was a room heater we could manage to keep ourselves a little warmer. The food was average and the caretaker was not available throughout at the location. But the caretaker was friendly and accommodative. My daughter enjoyed playing with a cat at the location. You get to see the city view from the top of the building since the MeBaKeR View Inn is at a hill top. The location of the MeBaKeR View Inn is a little far from the city. And overall it was an average stay.

Excellent stay at me-baker view inn. Hassle free and the caretakers were very helpful and friendly. Much recommended for stay around laban in shillong.

The location of the guest house is peaceful a bit away from the crowd.You get a excellent view from the guest house and the staff is very cooperative .

They provide more than what we pay. Home made food is available at normal price. The host is a very nice person and made arrangements as we requested.

Good and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. Wonderful lights. The bed was good. The view was breathtaking.

Simple clean rooms, friendly owners. A picturesque uphill location a bit far from the center, but close to some hiking trails.

One of the best experiences. Very good behaviour of stuff and so helpful. Stayed here dour 2 days and its totally worth it.

The MeBaKeR View Inn is located on the hill top and gives a panoramic view of shillong. The only problem i faced was network issues.
