Room is not neat and they have not changed bed spread. Tv is not worked. Location was good and people are very helpful

The place was untidy, with no security guards and inadequate parking. The kids' play area was severely damaged, and the hotel itself appeared very old. We paid around 3200 per night, which is exorbitant given the lack of amenities—there were actually none. Our experience was very disappointing. The washrooms were dirty, and our TV didn't work throughout our stay despite our complaints. You can find much better hotels for this price. I recommend inspecting a hotel in person before booking it. Overall, our stay was very unpleasant.

Don't choose this hotel room for family stay, not a clean and hygiene, and not worth for money. Moreover don't book the rooms via online. Service is zero, the room was fully dust, and we get a dust allergy during the stay in the room

The hosts were really good & accommodative. Even allowed us an early check-in, upgraded from standard to deluxe at no extra cost. Location was really good with access to the restaurant n the town centre. Would have given it a 5* rating but for the upkeep of the room and premises which was found slightly wanting. Parking space is also ample.

I found mirako resort in makemytrip and stay is nice and located in prime of the city. I liked the ambiance

The experience here was worst no much support from room service the resort looks so good but in below average the bathrooms wer not clean and the bed spreads wer not changed very terrible experience

The room was up to the mark. May be breakfast could be provided as part of the amenities. Overall its was good.

Need and clean room. Home stay only few rooms no games available water issue. No reception no activities available they focus more on the pizza shop.

Worst hospitality and inadequate rooms for the head count

In Mirako especially pizza is amazing and ambience and room was great 😊 only thing is maintenance issue doors and windows problem and in pond was is very ugly there is no fish inside it.. in delux room fish tank is there but no fish is too costly they need to be sorted out.. 👍👍

We stayed at mirako resort for two nights, on december 28 and 29. My stay at your resort was a disaster, and i was quite unhappy. There were no basic necessities in the room, such as a kettle, water bottles, coffee maker or tea bags, or a tv that only served as a display case and didn't work at all. The room service was the worst i've ever experienced. There was, in my opinion, no service at all. Nobody came to clean the room or dispose of the waste, despite the fact that i stopped the person when i encountered the person outside for garbage disposal and asked for a garbage cover, which we did not receive until we left. Overall, a terrible experience that i never expected. We were about to leave the resort on the first day, but because we have a young infant, we couldn't. We require an immediate response.

Worst stay i ever had in my life and that too while traveling with family. 1. Tv connection wasn't working. 2. Expired water bottles provided in the room. It wasn't replaced even after asking the resort management. 3. Door locks were broken and we didn't feel safe at all. 4. No room service at all. Whatever we ask, they say only one answer 'no' or not available. 5. Kids are totally disappointed with this stay as the expectations of booking by seeing the photos of resort and actual experience is totally opposite. People of think of booking accomodation in this mirako resort, please do not think about choosing this place. Totally horrible and not worth it. I stayed very recently from dec28 to dec30 2023.

The photos of the resort provided is completely irrelevant while experiencing the resort live while staying. 5. No room service and nothing was provided to us. Whatever we ask for, the only answer for the resort management was no and not available. 6. My kids are totally disappointed with this stay at mirako. People who think of booking accomodation in the resort, please do not think about staying here. It's a horrible resort and not worth it for the money we pay.

Average -stayed one night with my family in deluxe double room ac. Not up to my expectation. Tv not working. Odour, lack of neatness. Not worth for money

Hotel location is good but there is no maintenance beds and pillows were dirty and no regular hot water supply we had to call the room service for hot water.

We started in room no 105. Bathrooms were not clean and smelling bad. Had to wait for 5-10 mins every-time after opening the tap for hot water. Main door latches were broken. No night lamp, had to sleep with normal lights on. Very average room and the price is not at all justifiable. However, one positive thing is that raja and his assistant were responsive for requests.

1) no lock for the room. Lock was broken. 2) not clean. Towels were torn 3) when i asked to clean the bathroom, they just pour the water inside and told it is clean 4) thry told fish tank is available with live fishes inside room. They confirmed even after booking but nothing like that when i went there. It was a lie. 5) tv was not working 6) wifi was working on first day but not on second day. 7) no proper response from room boys
