Makemytrip is non responsive

Last night i get 4 room are booking and conformation is done. When i go to at 11:30 am in hotel but all is always book i call in makemytrip customer care call no response 3 day are running but my payment is not receive in my account, i have confirmation proves and screenshots so i raise a case on makemytrip. I request to all for journeys but book on hotel, ticket etc go on many platforms in social app

Dear Sir - You need to take this up with MMT team. We refunded the amount from our side on the same date and time. Check-in time is till 10 PM only still we adjusted you and made sure you get the stay and tried helping you out in each and every manner. We will ensure better services next time.
