Its a very luxurious property. Amazing villa with all amenities. Especially i have really enjoyed the swimming pool. Staff and chef are also there to give the best service. Best point is that it is very near to calangute beach. I just loved this villa.

It's a superb location and a nice place to stay. The special part here is the beach is very nearby and walkable from their property itself. The staff is also good and polite. Amazing hosts, great place to stay, lovely view. Overall an amazing experience

The best place to stay in north goa. Its near to beach and most important makert is also very near which makes convinient for visitors. Wow nice experience. Service are awesome also food. Poolside relaxing is great experience. Best for couples. Especially thanks to managers for his nice support.

Had a great stay with friends! the rooms were comfy, and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel is a bit isolated but just about a 500m from calangute beach. This actually worked well for us, especially after fun-filled days, as we enjoyed peaceful nights away from the beachside chaos. Overall, a really good experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with great variety. I and my wife visited goa first time and stayed in mm villa 10 calangute. Welcome gesture was so good. The room and washroom was clean and airy. Outside view from gallery was so beautiful. Room service was very good. The buffet was well organised and food was very tasty. All the staff is well behaved and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this villa and recommend this property for comfortable stay at goa.

groupI recently stayed here, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The accommodation was not up to the mark, with several issues that marred my stay: - *cleanliness: the room was not cleaned properly, with visible dust and dirt in various corners. - *old property: the hotel appears to be quite old and not well-maintained, which impacted the overall ambiance. - *misleading photos: the photos of the rooms provided did not match the actual condition of the rooms, leading to a disappointing surprise upon arrival. Overall, i found the accommodation to be very pathetic and not worth the price. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
