Decent property however bad management of rooms, smoking rooms

1) Postive thing is Breakfast Buffett quality and Staff Behaviour... Awesome and great... 2) Hotel has a good garden and great view. Now Management need to attention 1) Rooms quality now going downgrade which is alarming. 2) Hotel water not available in TAP. 3) Kettle , TV, Wardrob and other wooden things need spl attention. 4) Rt now Just Good to room ambience.. 5) Towels, Badsheets Management ab thoda kharacha karo, property need ur attention.

Wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Speaks both English and Hindi. Clean Rooms, Big rooms. Gave me and my sister a free room upgrade. Would definitely recommend.

Constant fluctuation in electricity, lift was not working, phones were dead, every time I had to call from my mobile on their landline. Shabby bed setting on my 2nd day, food was good, service was prompt, but they overbooked the hotel and seems electricity load was hot enough to cater those many guests. Restaurant is nice but limited options , close to Thapar Univ, so, if anyone looking for 1day kind of stay, you can try it, rooms were spacious and clean otherwise.

Location one of the best location in patiala. Food 8 out of 10 i did not like the smell in the room, the room was clean but it was not fresh. The glasses in the room were not clean enough and the water provided did not tasted good.

Maintainence of the hotel was disgusting

A pleasant property. All the city is easily accessible from the hotel. The staff is well behaved and polite. Rooms are clean and have all the basic facilities. The garden in the centre gives a great energy to wake up to.

Loved the staff, really friendly. Food was very good, also the room was comfortable. Loved the ambience of the restaurant with bhajans playing. Car parking space could have been better

Break fast buffet should be in the same premises. You have to come out of the hotel on main road and then go back inside the next building for breakfast. That is bit pain full

Spacious rooms, nice food, courteous staff

It was a pleasent stay, the room window has a good natural view, nice garden associated to all the rooms, staff is very supportive, polite and well behaved. On call services were really on time with no extra delays. Located at centre of market all food joints are few steps away, its a budget hotel value for money!

Terrible stay i must say. No ameneties, poor hygiene, smell all over, broken toilets with water dripping, broken basin. Untidy rooms,, floors not clean. Nothing seemed working. I dont think this place should be given for guests or stays. Unsatisfied.
