Mohor Kutir Resorts

Our quick week end break to shantiniketan with mmt's help booked mohor kutir, one of the renowned name in hospitality industry in shantiniketan. The moment we step in we was greeted, temperature check, sanitization of our bags was done, we sanitized our hand using the auto sanitizer dispenser. We had our 1st day lunch at their restaurant paunch phoron. So friendly staffs, clean rooms, corridor, toilets. Every day towels were changed, roombcleaned, mini bar was filled, tea coffee sachet provided for bed tea, clear green lawn. Every thing was perfect in the property. Some where every resort has it's own short falls, honestly, we didn't like the food, during our 4 days stay every night dinner we had and felt something missing on taste. Any way that did not dampen our comfort in staying. This Mohor Kutir Resorts has couple of advantages, kids friendly, pet friendly, family environment, safety, swimming pool, 10 mins to sonibaarer hat, 5 mins to amar kutir/bonobithir hesel and deer park. If you are with your family and kids look no where else, mohor kutir is a must visit. We kept fasting every morning to visit konkali temple, which is 20 mins from this property. With out mentioning the property manager mr. Subhankar mazumdar, a guy who is always helpful, friendly and takes extra effort to make your stay comfortable.

Neat and clean resort. Staffs were wearing mask appropriately most of the time. Sanitize r is available at dining area. However, regarding safety at pool side, no lifeguard or lifebelt is available. So, it's fully your responsibility while bathing/swimming at pool. Locationwise, it's pretty good and approx 6km from railway station, just outside the busy township. Although it may seem slightly costly, but i assure you that it's worthy. All the staff members are excellent, i am extremely satisfied with their behaviour and gesture. Overall service was prompt. Taste of food is awesome. I would really look forward to stay here again in future. N. B. Suggestion: please check your final food bill daily. Otherwise there is chance of inadvertent wrong/missed/extra entry in your bill. We had some problem regarding this, but that was quickly sorted. (may be it happened during heavy rush of year ending. Another thing, i could not find any significant difference in facilities/amenities in different types of rooms (standard, deluxe, eexcutive etc.

It's an ideal abode to spend a weekend for leisure. It is quite near to the sonajhuri saturday mela ground (10 mins in toto. The location is on the road, while the establishment gives you an opportunity to spend a quiet stay away from the busy city life. The staffs put every effort to provide the services required promptly. The rooms are cleaned everyday (changes the bed sheets, towels, toiletries etc. The place houses various types of rooms (the best are the executive rooms/cottages. It has a lush green compund, swimming pool, concrete pavement etc, they also rent cycles. Best feature is the concept, use of evening light and design. Security is amicable and tight. Behavior of staffs makes you very comfortable. It provides you with a holistic satisfaction whenever you stay with them. Keep going mohor kutir. Should try their food which is much better than other joints in the place.

We stayed 2 nights 1 day on mohor kutir. The overall experience was outstanding. The atmosphere inside the Mohor Kutir Resorts is truly fantastic. Pretty well maintained lawns and gardens will make you feel relieved. The size of the room is decent. The bathroom is clean and hygienic. The behaviour of the staff is praiseworthy. Room service is pretty fast and accurate. The quality of food is above my expectation. The quantity will always satishfy the hunger of any foodie like me. Food is served right at the door steps with in 20 to 25 mins after ordering. In a nutshell, although for the first time, the rent seems on the higher side, the value added to the customer covers the entire cost. I will recommend this place to everyone and surely stay in future trips. Thanks

The Mohor Kutir Resorts is located close to santiniketan. The layout and ambience is good with good landscaping. Lots of greenery and swimming pool facilities. However, the choice of vegetarian food is very limited - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is more variety available for non- vegetarian food. We found the vegetarian food taste as average. The housekeeping is good and they have maintained the area clean. Would recommend this Mohor Kutir Resorts to fellow tourists if they are non-vegetarian. If tourists are happy with a limited choice of vegetarian food, then they can book their stay here.

We stayed for 2 days at mohor kutir resorts at executive room(cottage. From the reception staff to restaurant and housekeeping staff all provided excellent service and their behavior was impeccable. The maintainance of the rooms, lawn & swimming pool was faultless. The food in the restaurant is one of the best i have tasted(chinese, bengali, tandoori-all varieties) overall it is one of the best places i have ever stayed in.

Good rooms. Immaculate lawns. Safe and secure. Rooms well appointed but water heater would not work. Took three phone calls to get it working. Getting a room heater seemed like an act of parliament. A cup of tea and two pieces of cheese and toast did it. As a world traveler. I have never eaten a worse complimentary breakfast. My sincere advice to the property is not to advertise the breakfast.

We stayed at mohor kutir. It's an excellent and well maintained property. Enough open spaces for kids. An well maintained swimming pool. The cottage room is spacious and well decorated. The restaurant has different mouth-watering dishes with a moderate cost. A secure place to stay with family. One suggestion only, if the parking would be within the gated compound then it would be much better.

The mohor kutir resort iss excellent👌. Nice food, nice ambiance good staff. Wonderful arrangement. All staff are well trained and very punctual. Atmosphere is good and swimming pool is awesome. Over all best resort in shantiniketan.

However beds are little smaller for 2 people.

We are sanitized by the Mohor Kutir Resorts staffs and directed towards our room. Room was clean and spacious. Toilet was also properly maintained. Poolside was clean and well maintained

This is the first time we stayed here in mohor kutir. The overall experience is splendid. Special mention should be made for the food. We tried various items and each was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I was really surprised in a good wayto see the property. Very well maintained, clean and nice food. Room service was excellent and prompt. The only negative is the bed size of standard room. Bit small for a couple with a kid. I would highly recommend this place
