What they have showed in the picture it was, not at all same they took us to place new moon where it was behind the house boat, water bottle was free but they charged us 50rs for each bottle, the bathroom was not that good, the food was terrible for which they charged us , there was no proper room service, the guy was alone. Not at all good experience.

On makemytrip they don’t have option of ac room. Only option was super delux non ac. After arrival when we asked them to turn on heaters they said its not included in your booking you have to pay. After paying 5k per night they are asking 1200 more for heater that also only from 8:30pm - 07:00am. Their manager will say that talk to customer care we can’t do anything. As this is kashmir your actual number will not be active and then you can not reach out to mm t support team without otp. Be careful of this. Don’t go for houseboats better book 5 start hotel on dal lake and take shikara ride and enjoy the views. If this review system would have option to give negative ratings i would have opted that also

The overall experience was okay okay, I travelled in Jan and they asked extra 1300₹ for room heating, the heating was not included in the booking which was at higher price. Also the food was very expensive. The caretaker was good though. He was very responsive and supportive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Montreal hotel and I must say the hospitality was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome at home. The receptionist Danish Rishi was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping team was also top-notch, providing impeccable service with a smile. But what really stood out was the that the special gesture and Service by Danish and Imtiyaz and amazing food provided during my stay. It was a small act of kindness that made a huge difference in my experience. Overall, I would highly recommend The Montreal hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay. The hospitality was genuinely amazing, and I can't wait to return.

We stayed here for a night and we booked 2 rooms. Very beautiful and scenic, house boat is also fine please be noted that these people charge additional for switching on ac which is 1000 per night per room. Also we were told dinner is not included in the package even t hi oh h we paid it. After a lot of deliberation we were given dinner. Rest

House boat is good but response of caretaker on this boat is so rude that night stay became horrible. So don't stay on this boat

No body was receiving our calls even at night they kept us out for 2 hrs in srinagar !houseboat wasn’t good place to stay for me with family

On he day of checkin montreal group has deputed us in another property of lesser value and amenities. I felt cheated.

Once we tried to check in then very poor response from their side. After long time they arranged some other boat which was not as we booked. We regret then and after sometime they arranged some other house boat. Behaviour of sikara is very bad as well. I will not recommend other to book this house boat through mmt.

I have booked for a montera group of house boats but they provide us aziz group of house boats which rate is only 1700 and we booked at 4k.

As per my experience, one should never book montreal group of houseboats, i travel-led there in december 2023, they haven't provide me sufficient number of blanket, electricity were not available throughout night, no ac, no geyser, room heater will only be available from 7 pm to 10pm only after that they will not help you to get rid of severe cold weather. Other houseboats provide electric blanket but montreal don't. Food quality is also not good even below average. Overall worst experience ever. I don't why this is declared as mm t value-stay. Mm t should look after their negligence and hospitality.
