Terrible Stay

The condition of MPT Payal is very poor. Dampness has appeared on the walls of the entire hotel, and green moss has accumulated. There is a strange smell in the hotel rooms as well. There were also a lot of bed bugs; they came out of the bag after I reached home. The bathroom has brown stains, the tray is broken, and the dustbin is rusted. The condition is truly terrible. The resort is very large; if it were maintained beautifully, it has the potential to be splendid

I had a pleasant stay at MPT Payal. The booking and check-in process were excellent — smooth, quick, and handled by courteous staff. The room was clean and comfortable, though there’s some scope for improvement in amenities. The staff were very polite and attentive, which made the stay enjoyable. The food quality and variety were good, and the facilities like Wi-Fi and parking were satisfactory. The hotel’s location was convenient and offered good accessibility to nearby areas. The property and staff are good, but maintenance and hygiene need serious improvement. There’s a strong unpleasant smell in the entire reception area, and shockingly, a housefly was found in the achaar bottle — clearly showing poor food hygiene. Also,there’s no reception contact number mentioned in the room, making it inconvenient for guests Thankyou

Property is spacious, near & clean, well mannered staff and polite behaviour. Food quality is good. Rooms are clean and aery. Swimming pool was good. Hotel is within walking distance from Tribal Museum.

The property is pretty old and very pretty hut could have been better maintained though what really made it better was a very nice staff- polite and helpful. I don’t remember the names but the old staff person at the pool was a read pookie. He stsrted all the foutains and things when he saw whole family in the pool, he even tried to teach. It’s like staff helps you enjoy the stay and not just do their job.
