MTDC Grape Park

The property is good, spacious in an open and airy environment. Maintained neatly by them. Linens were clean, rooms were clean. The rooms give a good view of the dam, the lake and the other side of the lake ( sula vineyards and nearby areas. The lawns, the children play area and other open areas are also good. Don't expect much service from the guys there to avoid disappointment. There is an electric kettle in the room. But they won't provide any supplies. Guests are required to carry milk powder, tea bags, sugar sachets and coffee sachets if they intend to make it in the room. Had the buffet breakfast from here. There was a live dos a counter and believe it, the fastest service i got from this counter only. In the evening i ordered tea at the restaurant, the time taken to serve it and the way it was served, i had decided not to take a chance of having dinner from here. Overall a good experience. Would have been excellent if the service also was up to the mark.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at mtdc park, which boasts a picturesque lakeside location and stunning mountain vistas. The rooms were exquisitely comfortable, and the meticulously cleaned toilets were a welcome touch. Our balcony provided the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the tranquil ambiance. Children will be thrilled with the selection of amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool, table tennis, and other sports facilities. The room service was top-notch, and we highly recommend the veg north indian food, which was scrumptious and mouthwatering. A boat ride on the nearby lake is an absolute must-try activity, offering a truly unforgettable experience. We can't rate the property highly enough, with a perfect 5/5 score. We'll definitely be returning and recommending mtdc park to our friends and family.

We had a great experience while staying at the mtdc grape park resort. The best feature of this resort is its location because the gangapur lake is visible from all its rooms. It’s located in a quaint location away from city hustle and bustle which is ideal for travellers seeking to relax. They have good array of sports and activities available within the resort. Staff is courteous and the place is well managed by them. However this resort cannot compete with the amenities provided by high end resorts like provision of good quality toiletries, impeccable linen. Our tv was also not working properly but we didn’t mind as we were not looking to spend too much time in the room. Overall a very good experience for the price paid!

an amazing resort with awesome big rooms.. neat and clean with a mind blowing view of the godavari river. very kind and helpful staff. yummy food which is very reasonable. very close to some amazing places like boat club and sula wineyard. resort has huge play area for kids, a indoor activity room with pool table, tt, carrom chees etc. also they provide bat ball badminton football for kids to play... all free of cost. special mention... mr kishore and prachi who helped a lot during the stay. please note that the boat club entry is free for all who stay at this mtdc resort. had an awesome vacation at a very reasonable rates with my family. will surely visit again.

Stayed in the first weekend of april. The sprawling property impressed us as soon we entered. The location is awesome overlooking the gangapur dam. The landscaping of the resort is top notch with so many varieties of flowers and birds, we heard sound of peacock also in the morning. They have multiple varieties of rooms, we stayed in villa which has a private big terrace overlooking the dam. Entry to mtdc boat club is free if you stay at this property else 100 per person is charged on weekends. Food is nice, so is the service. They have indoor games, a swimming pool and ample parking space. Overall a wonderful stay for a peaceful weekend.

Hi i have done it already. When i got the email. I will share it here too. My experience was amazing. Its a very good place to visit n be away from city life. The staff was very humble and provided good service. The only area of improvement i can think of is, in the restaurant - the service is super slow that should be looked into but other than that its a must visit place for all travellers who are looking for liesure, fun and adventure at same time. Overall i m super happy and its worth the money u are spending

The property is huge with ample car parking space. They have a huge lawn to spend time viewing the landscape. Decent enough swimming pool and play area for kids. Not many options to choose for breakfast but good enough. Entry to mtdc boat club is free if you're staying here. Just have to show your room key at the entry point. Boat club is about 15mins walk from the resort. But advisable to take your vehicle as there's free parking at boat club too. Overall a great place to take a break from the busy city life

The resort is very well built, not very far from the main city. Its prime factor is the location which is just besides the godavari river dam. They also have a nested mtdc boat club for various water activities and boating along with a cafe for evening snack. We stayed in chardonnay heritage category room and the view from the room’s balcony was spellbound facing the dam. Breakfast was also decently served with south indian and egg preparations. I would recommend this for couple stay as well as family outing.

Very big property with spacious rooms large lawn and nice swimming pool. Good to spend time with your family, kids and friends. Staff is very polite and helpful and they arrange campfire and dinner table at the lawn

Every thing is good. Food, staff members, restaurant members are cooperative. Pool, table tennis, carrom games are there. Swimming pool and big lown. Good for staying.

Decent and well maintained resort. Located outside the city, it is in close proximity to the gangapur dam and lake. Large property with good and decently equipped rooms. Definitely a steal at the prices they come for, had it been a private property it would have been more expensive. Only drawback is the slow service. But if you're looking for a clean and quiet place, go for it. Would recommend to book crimson room for a couple, as they have the best views.

Very amazing atmosphere, good location, villas are very nice, maintained also nicely. Service is good, food also very tasty. Please taste veg crispy starter 😋 yummy . For family as well as for friends also nice place, no need to go outside. U can spend whole day. Sula wine, someshwar temple is very near

We stayed @ shiraz and the rooms were awesome. The view from the room was fantastic. The service is also up to the mark. All in all a very good experience. Will surely visit again.
