Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang )

Staff contacted us well before our arrival. Welcomed with coffee. Rooms, washrooms were very clean, neat, cozy and hygienic. Beds felt clean and comfortable. There was one brief period where the geyser wasn't working due to electricity cut. Breakfast (though not complimentary) was great. I'll suggest customers to not use the laundry, unless absolutely necessary(we put some of our clothes for the laundry service, for which the clothes were sent to some external source. This service wasn't very much to our liking as the clothes didn't appear fully clean and also the rates were very very high. The Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) itself is at a walking distance from the famous mg marg. We also got to know that they provide bikes on rent. We were impressed by all the staff and services within the Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ). The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The overall standard of the Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) was second to none. I will definitely be staying here again whenever possible. Thank you muscatel dzeemkhanng and mmt.

Very good hospitality, we are two bikers comes to visit Gangtok and we got the Muscatel Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) which is very famous, there service environment was like home and friendly staff, room was quite good, food was also delicious, market was little be far, its difficult to climb up the road but you can get the local taxi also in front of the Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) (Rs. 10 only for market). The manager Mr. Anand was also very helpfull he suggest us about the Gangtok...

Loved this Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ). Close to the market, with excellent service. This is a new Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) of muscatel. And as always they have good rooms, clean rooms, and best food. You can easily gets taxi right out side the Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) gate. And the front desk will make all arrangements if you need more travel assistant i will visit again and stay here with my family

It was a very good stay in Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) in gangtok. Room was super clean, glasses and cups in the room was super clean. Bed and other stuff also very clean. Over all very good experience at very reasonable price. Location als near by to mg road but due to steep slopes it is not walkable distance. You get shared taxi from Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) to raxh near by to mg road which is best option

The Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) is located near all india radio quarters at a walking distance of 10mins from mg marg. Taxis are abundantly available just outside the Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ). The staffs were very humble and polite. My stay at muscatel was excellent. Service was good! complimentary breakfast available if you want to by paying extra for your room.

Beautiful, well managed, decent, lovely. Very pleasant time spent with your loved one. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Food is delicious and healthy. 10 mins walking distance from mg road gangtok. The cleanliness was particularly noticeable and appreciated. I recently had a delightful stay at muscatel dzeemkhang. The impeccable service, comfortable rooms, and attention to detail truly made it a memorable experience. The room s are very clean and staff are also very much cooperative. But i was not provided with a printed bill when i asked for one to submit in my office. Instead sent me a bill in my whatsup casually. For this i have rated good instead of excellent for this time. Hope i may have the prevelleg to rate you excellent during my next visit.

Distance from mg marg is more than 400 mtrs, you need to walk 15 mins uphill to reach mg marg. Service was good. My premium room and bathroom were in excellent condition. Food was available with limited options, food quality was good and was of reasonable price. Manager mr dewas was very helpful.

I was very sceptical to book this but love the staff, neatness, food and everything about it !

The staff is great. The room was clean. Near mg marg. You can get a taxi from the main road as well as you can buy all the essentials from the shop next to the Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ).

Property location is a little hard to find. Otherwise a very good Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) and good food. Very clean. And staff is friendly. But Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) laundry service is too expensive

Rooms are clean and decent with decent food. Google map shows 400 mt but you have to walk on a steep decent hill to reach mg marg. Felt that price is on higher side compared with the Muscatel Central ( Dzeemkhang ) rooms and facilities.

Great service, nice ambience, on time food delivery. Overall experience is good. Will visit muscatel again.
