Shaurya Vikram Rathod the manager of the Nagina Palace, taken care us as like his own family. Very good and caring person. Our train from Varanasi got delayed and reached by 1 pm. He was there with a cab to take us to the Nagina Palace. Best fit for the job. Location of the Nagina Palace is in the bypass and walk-able distance to the Maha Bodi temple. We stayed for 2 days. Both the days are neat and fine experience. Hotel room are clean.

Good room and very friendly staff. They were very helpful and polite during the two weeks that i stayed there. Before i have stayed a week in star Nagina Palace, and they put me in a terrible room. Nagian is more simple on the outside but surely is a better option.

Both the reception guys are very nice, active and excellent in service. Hotel is easy to locate. Rooms are nice comfy. We took only tea, that was nice too. Highly recommended.
