It's not a hotel but a resort... So do not expect much cleanliness or prompt service if booking a room for visit or halts ... Food was still OK and they have decent private parking space however service and hospitality needs big time maintenance...

Terrible Stay

Hotel was 3rd class and MMT service was also below 3rd class. I complained 3 times to MMT and each time they said they will help and call me back. No one was bothered to help and call back, I was stuck with my family in very bad situation. This stay was a lifetime experience for me Not to use MMT. Both hotel and MMT just need money and do not provide any help after money is taken. My stay was soiled and full of wastage of money where I did not get any guest kind of experience, I was treated as use and through customer. Hotel bad sheets were dirty. Toiletries were not provided. TV was not working. Wifi was not working. There was so much dust in room which was not cleaned. AC was switched off by hotel in mid night and it turned on again morning 8 AM. After check in drinking water was not provided for one and half hour. And this is not enough, we ordered Dal Tadka but they served Dal Rakhni, complained multiple times but the hotel did not provide any help and we were forced to have that only. Now yesterday after all concerns MMT executive did not helped us. they were worst.

Very disappointed by MMT

Very unhygienic room and bed sheet and quilt was very bad and unhygienic with lots of stains ,poor smell whole floor under renovation no one inthe floor very dusty room and lots of termite in room, no Coplementry cookies plater provided

Room condition was good and the service was also good The staff behaviour was good . I was facing only one problem the room ac was not working properly. The remote was not working. The temperature was not changing from 24 to 18. Please resolve this issue so I can think about booking this room again .

It's one of the best and safe place to stay in a small town of Shivpuri. Even tough they are a party plot but the services are very good as well as they have huge area as well. The only drawback would be the access to the swimming pool area as that is linked with the party plot and if there's a wedding function then access to the swimming pool gets cutoff

soloThe rooms are large and modern with all amenities. The only negative is that they don't even give a complementary bottle of water even with the deluxe room. Room service food is also excellent.

Very spacious, clean and lavish rooms. We booked two rooms and found them great. Nicely maintained property, more than ample parking. The property has 4 big gardens, poolside cafeteria as well. Nice and well behaved staff and complete jain food was served. Ideal place for vaishnavas and jains for stay. Highly recommend to stay here.
