This property is a perfect getaway for a peaceful and family-friendly retreat by the beach. The Location is amazing, right next to the beach with a breathtaking view from the terrace. The Cleanliness of the property is impeccable, thanks to the diligent housekeeping. The Food & Dining options are great with nearby restaurants that deliver food. The property is well-equipped with all necessary Amenities including a cricket net, freshwater tub, and outdoor shower. The Check-in Experience was hassle-free and the host was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

  The location of the property is the highlight of the stay with a private beach just a few steps away. The serene atmosphere adds to the charm making it an ideal retreat. The sound of the sea waves can always be heard at home which was very much soothing. The property is located close to Mahabalipuram and has full privacy to make a family visit. The road to reach the place is a little muddy which can be made better. The house was at an amazing location with beach view.

• Cleanliness

  The property was very clean, well maintained and not even a stone's throw away from the beach. The house was impeccably clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping. The rooms were very clean and smelled good. The caretaker was very courteous and helpful always keen to assist us with our needs. The house was even better than the description and the photos. It was very neat and clean with all necessary amenities. The cleanliness at the house was top notch.

• Food & Dining

  There are good restaurants in less than 10 minutes of drive. Food delivery service wasn't available for this location on the days we stayed, but there are restaurants nearby who can home deliver it to the property itself. The recommendations provided by the host were outstanding. The kitchen is equipped with utensils to cook and basic ingredients for tea/coffee available. If you can cook/bring precooked food you won't need anything else. The host even sent the menu card of the nearby restaurant.

• Amenities

  The property had ample outdoor space to play, with a cricket net, pump set, and a freshwater tub for kids. The property was fully adequate for a group and family to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with snacks and local treats. The property had beach chairs, etc. for us to use, they were all in great shape. The property had various activities and ample space to play. The property had a mini swimming pool at the corner with a water fall like effect.

  The host was very kind and flexible with our request. He went out of his way to address an error we made and went above and beyond what is expected even from a super host. The host was excellent, responsive, accommodating, and provided fantastic recommendations for nearby places and restaurants. The host was proactive in communicating all the details required to make the stay an easy and comfortable one. The host was always responsive and friendly. The host made everything easy for us ever since we booked the place.
