one of the most beautiful places in vagamon. A caretaker cures you as a family member. Rooms are very clean as well as the location and view from the room look like mini kashmir or even better than kashmir. Highly recommended

Food is purchased from outside - rest rooms maintenance can be improved. There were food waste and other waste around the camp fire area unattended. Fans were not running continuously due to voltage fluctuations.

Hi sir, we are sorry that your experience with us were not upto the mark. I will definitely take corrective actions and check the cleanliness of the washrooms. This is the first complaint that we are receiving regarding cleanliness and we take this very seriously. Regarding food waste, we had other guests (Male Bachelors) on the lower floor who threw waste near the campfire area after getting drunk. Our cleaning begins after the guests check out and the food wastes were cleared and the area was cleaned. Regarding electricity, it’s a constant challenge across Vagamon. The infrastructure provided by govt is not adequate. Hence, we have an inverter and a generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply. We hope to serve you better in the future.

The property is a secluded space opposite the mountain and has great views. The caretaker and his wife are lovely people they took very good care of us . The tea made by the lady was fabulous. They arranged dinner for us as well. I loved spending time in the balcony looking into the mountains

Hi sir, we are happy that you enjoyed your stay. We acknowledge the voltage issue. For power, we have added a mainline stabiliser. For back up we have an inverter and also a generator. The voltage issue is across Vagamon fueled by the recent torrential rains in the region. It will resolve on its own as communicated by KSEB. We are totally helpless in this regard. We operate generator from 06:00 PM until 12:00 AM and thereafter inverter to avoid any inconvenience to our guests.
