Our recent visit to neel resort in neral, booked via makemytrip for a two-night stay beginning on friday, may 3rd, was initially met with a slight hiccup. Upon check-in, we were informed that the entire property had been booked for the following night, necessitating our departure on saturday. This news came as a surprise, as we had confirmed our reservation well in advance. However, our concerns were quickly alleviated when we spoke with mr. Samadhan, a courteous and accommodating in-charge of the resort. After explaining our situation and emphasizing the confirmed booking, mr. Samadhan graciously assured us that our reservation would be honored, despite the property being fully booked. His proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable and set a positive tone for the rest of our stay. In addition to the exceptional service provided by mr. Samadhan, we found the property itself to be well-maintained. The serene surroundings provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, allowing us to unwind and relax. One highlight of our experience at neel resort was the dining options. While the menu was simple, the food was delicious and satisfying. Each meal consisted of a vegetarian and non-vegetarian dish, along with rice, dal, chapati, papad, and salad. The evening snacks are chargeable but the pakodas were simply amazing. Overall, our stay at neel resort was good thanks to the exceptional service provided by mr. Somnath and ashok. The clean and comfortable accommodations, coupled with delicious dining options, made for a memorable experience. We would highly recommend neel resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in neral.
