Terrible Stay

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The bed sheet was torn and filthy, and the pillow covers were stained and smelled unwashed. The walls were grimy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Worst of all, the AC was freezing the room, and the supplied remote didn’t work—so I was stuck shivering all night with no way to adjust it. I expected at least a clean, functional room for the price, but this was far from it. Completely unacceptable. Will not return or recommend.

Room which I booked at the location was not available, got shifted to another building. Bathroom shower was not working, no handwash for sink use. No exhaust in the room, felt claustrophobic. Reception guy asked for extra money 500 rupees for early check-in irrespective of my earlier request of early check-in while booking.

businessWhen i reached the hotel i was informed that the hotel is full and was moved to another apartment. Though the environment was clean, the room was very small and i have booked a deluxe room. Toilets were small too. Concern was raised and the person said this is what we have. I had no option but to stay as it was non-refundable booking

I am giving terrible rating as they charged me more on top of what i paid They wasted 1 hour of my time during checkout when i was supposed to catch a flight.\ i pay in full, it's not fair that they charge me more at the end. I request mm t to look into it immediately and ensure this doesn't happen in future. Otherwise i'll have to rethink booking hotel

When i reached to the hotel nestley they have shifted to an another building of them approx 1km away from the actual hotel. There is no name of the building and location is also not good. Morever stuffs also not there every time.

Don't get lured by the low price. The room pics shown is different from the actual room pictures. It's a single bed small room with: no power backup. No tv no towel no concrete roof it's sheet roof with false ceiling, you can hear when it rains. No parking. No bucket in bathroom broken taps. False walls which allows sound from other rooms with amplification.
