I recently stayed at near luxury apartment in goa with my family, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Having visited goa multiple times and stayed at various Niar Entire 1BHK Luxury Apartments s, i can confidently say that near stands out as the best so far. Both my 8-year-old and my brother’s 3-year-old enjoyed the stay thoroughly, making it a memorable part of our goa trip. The rooms were spotless, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for families with young kids. The staff was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. I highly recommend near luxury apartment for families traveling with small children. The only downside i noticed was the lack of an in-house restaurant. However, with zomato available at your fingertips, it’s not much of an issue. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in goa!

Location:this property is not on main road. The lanes are narrow so you need to be careful if using car. Via scooty 7 -8 mins to candolim beach we stayed in 1 bhk flat. Flat was clean and well kept. When we checked in caretaker asked for mandatory 2k deposit and showed us the flat. Caretaker was not very courteous and was more of that do not break any item while using its all new. Our sheets are white be careful with it. When we checked in we were very skeptical on using any item. His oast experiences may hv been reason of this behavior but overall behavior was not welcoming. Within same budget you ll get options near by with breakfast so avoid this one for mental pea ce. In amenties they mentioned that flat had washing machine but later on they said-to give clothesto them for laundry. Its a new property so was overall was well maintained.

Rooms were very clean and well equipped with all amenities. Also our host dharma was very cooperative. Overall we had a memorable stay and would definitely come back again here at near apartments. Near apartments are very clean and well maintained by the manager dharma and his team. The Niar Entire 1BHK Luxury Apartments has good wifi and a clean swimming pool. Staff here is very cooperative, we asked for an early check in which was easily accommodated with few extra bucks. Overall we enjoyed our stay at near apartments.

The stay was amazing with full of basic amenities available and the location was perfect with so many restaurants and general stores nearby. All the prime beaches were also very nearby from the location. Staff at the Niar Entire 1BHK Luxury Apartments was very helpful. Mr shankar took care of everything that we asked for. Overall it was an amazing stay and will recommend to other families and couples to choose this stay for comfort and peace.

The room is very clean and few utensils are also present along with other amenities which we found very helpful. The staff are also very courteous and friendly. The reason for deducting a star is because of the annoying parking arrangement. We had to go move our vehicle each time someone wanted to go out as vehicles are parked back to back. Other than this, the stay is very good👍

I had a great time at niar! the stuff is very polite and helpful, house is very clean, they helped us with everything including laundry and kitchen cleaning. The location is also very prime. You can easily get multiple eateries at walking distance. Overall it was a very nice experience and i am glad that i booked niar!

Near luxury apartment - it’s truly a luxury stay. I stayed with my family for 5days and found the staff polite and professional. The property is clean and offers a peaceful stay. We have stayed in this property twice this year and had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. As this is a service apartment it has all the essential amenities present in the room itself for complete family with kids

Overall good experience. Some minor issues like the bedroom a/c was not working however the caretaker provided another room. Just one km away from candolim beach.
