The room is with stinking smell and same with the beddings. Fungus on the walls, and are seeping, sink is leaking. Overall very poor maintenance.

I stayed at nikitha residency along with the family. I highly recommend this homestay to family members and even bachelors. Rooms are clean & near, spacious with a balcony, near surrounding beaches are calungute, baga and candolim. Overall, a good experience at this homestay.

Room is 1km near to beach, walkable distance to all the food restaurants. Please check before using the bedsheets. The extra beds are very bad condition. The bedcover bedsheet also check before using. Overall good to go to this residency.

Check all the bed sheets and towels before using. Too much charging for fry wash. Overall good to stay it’s very near to beaches

Terrible experience in this property. No power backup, they have inverters and not generators. You might have a good power backup at your home compared to this stupid homestay that has only 15 minutes as backup. The owner isn't polite at all and has a very rough tone of speaking. By all means he will deny any shortcoming in this homestay. Also, they will charge you for water that you consume, i mean cmon, who charges for water in a hotel? the ac doesn't cool properly as well. They might be cheap, but trust me guys we had the most terrible experience of our lives in this home stay. I was shocked to see good reviews at first and how they contradicted with the actual scenario. We were a couple and these guys made our goa memory a horrific one from a stay perspective. I would urge all to look for other options instead.

Nice, clean stay in budget. Washrooms are clean and hygiene is maintained. We stayed there for 2 nights via booking. Hotel iss situated at calangute. Main market is 5 minutes walk. Neighbourhood is safe
