The rooms were too small and the toilets were also not cleaned, but the overall stay was okay.

Misbehavior of the owner

Staff (Dilip) was nice and polite but the owner was so rude and didn't had any manners to talk to the customer. He is highly pathetic and irritating person. I request to make my trip to take necessary action against owner. I am highly disappointed from the owner's behavior.

I also request MakeMyTrip not to send such people who even don't know the check out the timing of any hotel. You are checking out your room at 5:00 pm. Say thanks to me that I had not changed extra to you due to your child and wife. You made my next customer irritating.
