Uncomfortable stay

The room was not totally clean...it wasn’t pre cooled and took half an hr to reach the comfortable temperature.The hotel lift did not had air conditioner it was extremely hot inside the lift.The bedsheets smelled old and did not feel fresh...felt like there were bed bugs as my skin got scratchy after some time.The bathroom was untidy had some hair also in the tub area.This 5000 room felt very cheap and i had to check out the same day because of this.
