North Breeze

We visited coorg in late may 24; just onset of monsoon so wanted to enjoy nice city facing rooms. And we got the rooms just how we wanted. 1: near to city center 2: you can hear birds chirping in morning 3: property owner couple (mr. Rajesh & his wife) both are cooperative & guides about the city 4: room service could be improved though. 5: overall it was pleasant experience in fully furnished rooms.

This beautiful homestay in coorg has nice and cozy rooms to stay. Caretaker is always present and is helpful. View from this homestay is gorgeous. Rooms are well furnished, having wardrobe, windows for good ventilation and light. Privacy is maintained.

The place is located in a brilliant part of coorg, where the view is mesmerizing and there is a strong gush of winds. The society is clean and well maintained. Shyni is the caretaker and she has done a fabulous job on that. Few areas of improvement would be around being proactive. The wifi wasn't working for 5 hours until we had to consistently complain. Parking is there but they'll keep their own cars and not provide for you. Tv recharges aren't done in time. Rest of it, a decent stay. Price is a bit on the higher side compared to the services

The stay is comfortable without any hassle. People are nice and ready to help at any time. The view is good. Close to madikeri market, food and other stuff are easily accessible.

Daily cleaning of room and wash room was not done

No one attended phone when we called after reaching. Pre-checking formalities were not in place. Tv was not working. Wifi was not working. Fan was not working. For everything we have to call caretaker and after that remind him again & again. I recommend that this property is not even for 200 who charged me 2000rs

We booked the room in advance on make my trip and full payment was done. We received room booking confirmation as well. When we arrived at the property the host declined our booking stating that they did not receive any booking and have not registered their property on make my trip. After showing all confirmation emails they arranged for a room as a temporary option with no proper amenities or ventilation the room had stale smell. We had to stay there as we did not have any option due to weekend all hotels were booked ard. The 3nd day we were even asked to vacate the room as they had allocated that to other guests and we were provided another room which was even bad the room had fowl smell and no care taker was avaliable room was not cleaned sheets were not changed. The hosts were least bothered we were or if we had a comfortable stay. They received the payment from make my trip and we were told our payment cleared. This home stay has worst hospitality and we would not recommend this to any guests. Thanks
