I recently stayed at the Novotel (JODHPUR), and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the efficiency after a long journey. **Room:** The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower and luxurious toiletries. **Dining:** I had the pleasure of dining at the Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle's restaurant, and the food was fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and made-to-order eggs. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the service was impeccable. **Location:** The location is ideal, with easy access to central Jodhpur. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, the Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle's central location makes it convenient to get around. **Overall:** My stay at Novotel was outstanding. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and convenient location made it a perfect choice. We stayed at Novotel Hotel for two days with family. The first thing is the location of the Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle, It is centrally located and has good connectivity from the airport and all the heritage sites. Now, I start my experience at this property. When we reached the Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle, they served welcome drinks and started the check in process. The staff at reception was very professional and cooperative. The standard check in time is 2 pm but they managed for us to check in early at 12 Hrs. The property is newly built so everything in the Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle was fine. The interior, washroom, cupboards, bed and sitting all were so clean and comfortable. The rooms have all the modern amenities. The breakfast was so delicious and full of variety. The best thing at breakfast was the live counters, from where you can order a dosa, uttapam, pan cake etc as per your choice. The staff at the dining area was so caring, they were entertaining each guest individually, serving the food as per their choice on table. If I remember correctly , Mr Rishabh, one of the staff in the dining area, was so caring, he came to our table many times to ask for food and drinks etc. My kids also enjoyed themselves there a lot, they had fun at the swimming pool. Finally, I would like to appreciate the overall hospitality of Novotel.

We stayed for two nights at the property and our overall experience was good. Just one thing i would like to mention which was not upto the mark was the cleanliness part of the room and the size of the room was small.

Pleasant stay with great food and courteous staff.Also had a good experience with NandaKishore from travel desk for arranging the Osian desert safari. Overall I would recommend to all Jodhpur travellers

It was a good property with clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very delicious, however the menu spread could be enhanced to give more variety to the guests. Overall good experience.

Amazing hospitality. The team of hariom and sweta were very understanding as i was travel-ling with an infant and needed a lot of additional support. The breakfast spread was just awesome
