Service is poor they provide you water on demand only, There was sand over bedsheet,AC runs only 9 PM to 9AM, They should clear it on thier amenities details, Alcohol was allowed on description but they don't allow inside room ,they should mention it earlier only,

First i love rourkela, this is a awesome place for traveling. This hotel is in budget and the services are very good, clean and awesome experience. Recommended this hotel for solo travelers.

Stay is good but they didn't listen for accessories

Pathetic experience. I have paid money but they denied for early checkout i booked another room also when i called hotel staff didn't send me location and not confirmed hotel address disconnected the call. I have not stay there instead i booked another room then. When i called to customer care then he send me hotel location. But the i have already booked another room. Pathetic and poor experience

Terrible hotel. Too small rooms, zero amenities, dirty towels and bed sheets, no-one picks up calls in reception, no soap or water is given you have to ask for everything, staff are extremely rude.

I had booked the hotel. however immediately after i booked the hotel i got a horrible shock. The hotel was not even worth 1300- for the night. Extremely small congested room with hole in the bed sheet. I stayed at the proper for two days and in the morning their was no option for fruits or breakfast choices. Also their was no complimentary water bottle provided on each day. Even the most economical hotels nowadays provide water bottles everyday. I will never go back to this hotel again and i would recommend guys travel-ling with families at-least not to book rooms here.

Location is good. This is nearby at rourkela jn.

Don't go by the word 'heritage' in the name. There's nothing heritage about it. Average quality of rooms. Limited options of breakfast. Because of world cup hockey happening in rourkela, all the hotels increased their prices to more than double. I paid rs. 12400 for 3 nights. The owner and his son are nice, courteous and helpful people who you meet at the reception.

Simple and clean homely stay with homely delicious food. Peaceful
