Nice stay. No lift was there and it caused trouble. Food was good. Staff members are helpful.

The linens were dirty and I am going to lodge a vigilance complaint to check how much is spent on washing and still the linens were dirty, This of OTDC Bhubaneswar, there is no SOP for service like water bottle are not kept in room the food served was uncooked or half cooked.

Good for a one night stay , everything is comfortable , the location and the rooms . Food is just okay , not much variety .

To be precise the entire property needs a humongous change in terms of cleanliness and providing amenities. The bed sheets pillows, towels are from stone ages and have become grey, torn and thin due to overuse. The complimentary breakfast will definitely make you fall sick. There are no items except oily puris, stale idly, tasteless upma & equally bad tea or coffee. Management is not bothered whether boarders are happy with this breakfast or not. Complimentary bottled water is either not provided or siphoned off by the staff. Old ageing staff members are reluctant to offer anything at this stage. Most of the kettles in rooms have layers of iron and not clean to use for making morning tea or coffee. Late check out is accepted with money albeit without any Govt. receipt. So, in case you don't want to spoil your vacation don't even contemplate staying in this particular property of OTDC.

The property is well located right in the heart' of the city. Rooms are in excellent condition. There was no staff in the dining hall to serve except for one person. The same person takes the order, serves food and cleans the table, looking after at least more than fifty people in a big dinning hall. This is a big negative point for the property.

Rooms were clean and hygienic. Specious accommodation with large and comfortable bed. AC was perfect in cooling. Toilet was neatly cleaned. In a whole a very comfortable stay. Restaurant service was very good. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. I strongly recommend to book a stay at OTDC Panthanibas Bhubaneswar through MakeMyTrip. I am sure that under the vigilance of MakeMyTrip the stay will definitely be a memorable one.

Looks old inside bedsheets and all accessories too old breakfast not good restaurant windows are closed as soon as entered in it, bad odour as if it is closed for long time not feel good

bed sheets were not clean. Breakfast was good . one room was smelling when we entered. so overall experience is average.

OTDC wellcome us with ful of mosquitos , rats were running in dining hall, dirty lenin and towels, walls of room with full of fungus, no hot water in bathroom,suffocative rooms, inside premise dirty and very slow service. Inspite of excellent location OTDC is not taking any advantage. Only thing was good is garden. And if you are not happy with rooms, no refund facility.

The only downside is the damp walls of the room otherwise its a nice stay with proper hygiene and proper food. Hope the property fixes the concern.

Location is quite convenient, Food / Service in the food court was also really nice / patience. Amenities & service at the Reception was also good, particularly Mr NIRANJAN in second shift is a very good human & quite cooperative. Only the lapses was that in all the there days, we have not been served daily items like, tooth pastes, soaps, Room Tea kitely etc. -- BABASAHEB TORASKAR ( PUNE)

Not a great one, there were many limitations of the property and staff, room was not prepared, had to asked for everything

The stay was good with large clean room and bathroom. The property is situated at a good location which has markets and entertainment places at a walking distance.

Experience was good. Only housekeeping was poor. I paid twice. Had modified the booking from 2 guests to 3 but was not refunded for the first payment

Nice comfortable stay with tasty dinner. Good location near utkalika galleria mall.
