Otsal Residency | Near Leh Airport

I recently had the pleasure of staying at otsal residency home stay in leh ladakh, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This home stay truly stands out for its remarkable service and hospatibility the people are incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. They made sure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, i highly recommend otsal residency hotel to anyone visiting leh ladakh. The combination of excellent service, clean rooms makes it a fantastic choice for accommodation in this beautiful region.

The property is situated in a owner house no only one staff person is there in whole property for all the services, even he was unable, me myself went to the reception to make them talk, hotel owner son talk after that he asked my problem. I showed him the dirty windows, fans, furniture his reply was they only get cleaned once a year.

Owner attacked us physically and we had to call the police. Soon i will post a youtube video on it. He was not providing us breakfast and when we demanded he started abusing and attacking us

The staff is amazing and all of them is very supportive they will help you with everything. They will also help you with all the transportation and food thing

This is good place to stay. Food is also good and staff is courteous. Economy budget hotel with basic facilities available like wifi and tv.

Hotel's host is very good & of helping nature. we booked a self drive car & he also helped in planning our itinerary. Location is near from airport. you can take a bus to reach main market in just 20 ₹. bus stop is just 50m away from hotel. hotel has resturant which satisfies the basic need but don't have much options. but you can find many resturants nearby which are good so this is not a problem. Overall, I will give 5/5 points for the room rent we paid.

Has a decent room and view of mountains. Food is also good. Wifi is fast and staff is cooperative. Airport is within 4 km of the hotel.

Good room and cooperative staff. Has a terrace with good view. Food is satisfactory. Few minutes away from the airpot.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting leh

Hotel is located gud location. Everything is perfectly all right.

Superb location, near to main road and good restaurants so no trouble for cabs or food. Hygiene is well taken care. Linens, towels, pillow covers all were clean. 👌Home stay owner is very well cooperative and soft spoken. Home cooked food even kids can have. The property is new, hardly few months old. And location is amazing you will enjoy the view of valley right from the roof. In short value of money and suggested for family or couples 👌

Location is bad. Misleading photos. It is located in a bi lane. A gali. So did not stay. Not recommended i. N case staying with family. Have asked for a refund.

Location : poor food : available only two times a day and they serve old food as well hygiene: bedsheets not changed safety : no railing on staircase

The dal lake is full of algae and living over it makes you feel nauseous. On top of that, this houseboat is located very far away from the shore. You are much better of living in a hotel near the lake instead.

Best owner he has is and his sons also very gud. And he gave tips also which places we visit in ladakh and surrounding areas finally this is the best hotel and very peaceful and feel very safe and hygiene

Toilet seat was broken bedsheets were not washed no fan and food is terrible. Lunch is not provided

Property is excellent clean and hygein and washroom was so clean and the property is well maintained host is friendly and helpfull. Property location is little wrong on make ny trip application. Rooftop is amazing for parties 10 ppl can sit and enjoy the view and relax. Overall i will give 9 out of 10
