Palace Hotel

location was good, Rooms were well maintained as well. Looked like new. Staff were supportive. Bathroom had a ventilation window just above the toilet exposing you openly since there was some balcony over it!! And I couldn't close it too as it was jammed. TV was useless since remote has no battery, but anyways no one will watch tv at that place. Things I would have liked to have: Sleeper for washroom, I went there on my dirty shoes! Water geyser (though they have common hot water supply in morning). Room heater (it was 1°C!).

Location of Palace Hotel is good, 100 mtrs from main market, just in front of naini lake, our room is triple room and one double room, rooms are very spacious, lake is visible from first floor room, bathrooms are big and clean. Only one issue that bathrooms are not having geysers but hot water is supplied in tap from 8 to 10 am from centrally placed boiler, so in the evening, we have to use cold water but overall, good Palace Hotel with lake view and good location 50 mars from boating point and library

Overall experience is good. 1. Best location 2. Price is good 3. Near to mall road walking distance 4. Mostly people complaint about moisture or hygeine related. I suggest to all who has these type complaint. So guys it's ( moisture in room) normal thing is hill station cause due to high attitude, low sunlight and all time rainy season. So its normal according to hill station. Hygine may be improved. Hotel management should be aware about it. 5. Staff service is good.

We checked in on 22nd and checked out 25th evening. Hotel is situated at prime location in the mall road, so no issue in finding the same. Also walking distance from naini lake and naina devi temple. Room was good with great view of lake and mountain. Food was excellent and the staff were very courteous. Areas of improvement: toilet need to be better maintained and hot water supply need to be more smooth

Stay was really pleasant. Rooms and bathrooms were large in size and clear lake view was there. This Palace Hotel is on mall road and pricing was pretty decent that's for 2 rooms for 6 adults. Staff was also good and polite behavior. Cons- 1. No parking 2. No geysers but hot water timing are set. You just have to bath during that duration. But as per pricing, stay was sorted. Fully worthfull.

First day, it’s very good but on 2nd day some water blockage in washroom. They fix it but it took time. Need to improve in catering service as order was coming more than 1hr. Understand the empty stomach asking for food and it came after 1hr. Need to improve on cleaning. Need to change bed roll everyday. Thanks

The location is good. It is situated in front of nainital library. Staff is also very polite and nice. The only con is they do not have ceiling fan in top floors. It is cool place but sometimes you may get some humidity. I had to ask for a table fan which they provided.

Hotel location is excellent. It is located on mall road. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very good. Food is very nice and in reasonable rates. Lake view from the Palace Hotel is the best part of our stay. Check in and check out is also very smooth.

Overall experience is good, rooms are very good i only have network issues in this Palace Hotel and Palace Hotel wifi is also not working.

Stay was extremely comfortable i liked how the rooms were made the lake view was also excellent.

The Palace Hotel was excellent, near to naina devi mandir and with full facilities. The staff was very active and the food was awesome and a cafe room was another attraction in the Palace Hotel.

Decent stay good view from the balcony super deluxe room on 5th floor are good no parking and no water provided
