The hotel is at good location. Rooms were ok. The kitchen closed before our arrival at 10:30 pm. They did not cooperate in providing tea or food.

familyThe property is far away from pangong lake and the lake is also not visible from the rooms. Photos shown are a hoax and not even close to what the actual property is. Food has limited options and service is also average.

Every thing was good. Food was good they took good care. Provided with hot water bottle and warm water in night

My experiment at pangong

The approach from main road is pathetic which makes it to be given a second thought. Rooms are just good with only basic facilities minus tv, wifi, tea-coffee maker etc. The complementary food served needs a lot of improvement. The staff were polite and caring. Overall the services and fooding needs improvement as per prices being charged.

Considering the extreme climate and the harsh weather conditions, the facilities provided to us in this stay were exceptional. On demand availability of hot water, delicious food (although limited, hospitable staff, the cottages are a must for any one visiting pangong. Video of sunrise from the room

Poor Stay

No electricity and no water, it was very difficult to sleep in night as we couldn't use heater due to no electricity. Staff said electricity will be provided between 6:30 pm to 11 pm
