Par X Home Unity | 4 BHK Private Pool Villa

The property was not maintained well. The entire place was dusty and the swimming pool needed cleaning too. The bedsheets were dusty and some of the sofa seats were broken. We made the booking very last minute and reached the property within 30 mins of making the booking, so we understand that the property wasn't made ready and cleaned for us. But even after our arrival and our request to clean the place, the caretaker was not too helpful in doing so. Even the microwave in the kitchen was very unhygienic. Would recommend that you carry disposable utensils here and manage your own food from outside. The property is actually nice if maintained well. A

We visited as a group and had a great experience, the villa is spacious with all the amenities, and we enjoyed it.

The property is well maintained and has nice and very clean pool with many indoor activities like pool, carrom, soccer. Mr. Deepak who is the caretaker is very supportive and helping guy and very accommodating for any special request. The food was awesome and very tasty. We stayed with our family and overall the experience was very good.

Electricity issues, fridge issues, music system not available generator not functional properly water filter not working only mosquitoes hall one ac not working

The bungalow was a mess. The pictures that are posted for sale are all lies, they’re just very old pictures and the bungalow hasn’t been renovated. The acs weren’t working properly and there were frequent electricity cuts. One of the days went in the caretaker just fixing the problems. The pool table was broken and the mat was torn. There were way too many issues with it which made our stay not so pleasurable. I am very disappointed.

Venue is good but old property. Big problem of electricity though power backup. Caretaker is very good and service is prompt. Money wise no problem. Good 👍

It was a very nice experience, very premium property, supportive staff. There is no such restrictions which will bother.

Good location, spacious with all good amenities to enjoy in groups & family get togethers. Food although not directly available but swiggy & zomato delivers in 30 mins. Caretaker is very helpful l, however the upholestery requires complete changeover- which is too old.

The condition of the facility was ok, needs some sort of interior correction like the pool table was worn out, the paint of the building from outside had faded, washroom toliet seat was not so comfortable. Apart from these basic issues, rest of the things were all nicely placed. Dipak bhai, who is the care taker has done a great job and was with us throughout helping us with anything we wanted. So from service point of view, i will give full ratings to dipak.

Property was very old, not many things to do around. Rooms are big and spacious but bedsheets and towels had a wierd smell. The entire villa was smelling musty, the floors were dirty and the sofas and couches were dirty too. Place has minimal upkeep, needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. The pool was good and the caretaker was helpful.
