Great experience as always. Wonderful hotel with friendly, attentive staff who make every stay comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home — consistent, welcoming, and highly recommended. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is great, convenient for getting around and close to local attractions. The front desk was fantastic, with quick, efficient check-in and helpful recommendations. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel for 2 days on arrival in Leh..location of property is awesome surrounding by mountains with huge parking and garden..Rooms are specious with attached balcony with modern fittings...staff and Mr Dil is very helpful and always ready to help guests..I specially thanks to the Owner Mr Ranchen Sir who is very polite and arranged our whole trip to Nubra valley and Pangong lake with affordable rates that makes our trip very comfortable...on returning from pangong, I stay another 2 days in this property because of great hospitality...Once again I thanks Mr Ranchen Sir for making our Ladakh trip pleasurable and memorable...Breakfast and Dinner spread having enough varieties and taste of food is good..

Excellent stay with all benefit

The property was beautiful. It is located near the Leh Market, making it convenient to commute for shopping, dinner etc. Food was average, What was disappointing was the services. The room did not have heater, and was not provided until asked for. Geyser was not centrally managed. Check in and checkout process was not smooth either. Needs to be improved.

This hotel does not have heating even when the temperature dips below zero. Hot water is also turned on only for a set number of hours. Room was extremely cold. Otherwise a reasonable hotel more like a 3 star, but definitely not a 5 star as rated in makemytrip

Location and service are excellent.Only issue er faced is hot water ,availability of which had some problem in our room

Nice stay, food was awsome, amazing view from the hotel, excellent service, staff was so coo-operative and polite.

Cons : hot water a major issue, also stated one night at mentokling residency which was 30% less cost but excellent choice, pros : service of staff is good

We booked 3 deluxe room and 1 premium room for 11 people but when we came to hotel they gave us 3 rooms staff was good they insured us that 1 room charge will be refunded the manager Stenzin is very helpful
