Park Boulevard Hotel & Resort

It was pleasant in a nice property, which requires some better maintenance of pool, garden and other facilities.
Decent room with good amenities. The Park Boulevard Hotel & Resort rooms are well maintained but the facilities around are not very well maintained. The pool was dirty with water near the sides very dirty. The TT table is out of its age and not functional. The lawn is large and decently maintained but the one between the rooms is not well maintained. The central AC has some issues and we had to call engineer to correct it which he did. The service is poor with very limited staff. Restaurant is well overpriced compared to going room rate and everyone was ordering food from outside. The breakfast had enough variety like to expect from Fortune but only some dishes were tasty. Overall very good experience in a resort like property in outer of Delhi with Fortune experience at low price.

Location was not so good. Won't be able to find any cab on Ola nor Uber. I suggest people to take their car with them and also some stuff to eat (chips and all) as you wont able to find any good shop near by. But yes when you will enter in the room you will be satisfied. We were on the 1st floor and view was good from there. Food was also good. Ordered some noodles and it was fully traditional in taste. We also faced problem while using the pool as we entered around 9 pm and some guard went to say I am sorry sir but you can't swim right now but it was fine. Overall the stay was good and staff was very friendly.

The rooms were excellent and give good value for money. Clean and comfortable. The food is also good - you need to know what to order (If you are non-veg - try the Chicken Kalimiri kebab). It can get a bit noisy in the wedding season but that is the case with all the other Park Boulevard Hotel & Resorts on Chattarpur Road. The location suited me perfectly but may not be suitable for all. My wife lost a expensive cashmere cardigan not realising where. As a last resort she contact them after 3 month. They confirmed they had it and returned it on our next visit!!!

If you are planning to stay in then this is the Park Boulevard Hotel & Resort. It has a pool, Badminton Court, Table Tennis etc. For a nice vacation type feel. The staff were extremely helpful and services are up to the mark. The location is quite okay and there is nothing to eat nearby except the Park Boulevard Hotel & Resort restaurant. There were few flies in the room but apart from that everything was clean and well-maintained. Pros - Friendly and cooperative staff. Value for money. Well-maintained property. Cons- Location. Free Wi-Fi only for 2 hours.

Stayed at this place in 2013 so it was more of re-visiting the memories. The place has remained the same except the food served at La carte at the dinner time has gone down a lot. The staff is courteous and breakfast buffet is a sumptuous meal. Though they could offer more activities for the kids. The air conditioning at the restaurant was shut whenever we went to have food, which is a no-no for any guest. The place is surrounded by a good green cover which makes up for a healthy stay.

The infrastructure of the resort is beautiful. Rooms are big in size with all amenities. Breakfast was good but not great though. Staff is cooperative and service was decent for a shorter stay. The property is beautifully preserved with open gardens to stroll around. Even the pool side area is good to chatter. The only issue with this place was connectivity. But if you have your own vehicle, you can definitely plan a visit.

We loved our room and outside private garden patio. However our television did not work both nights we stayed and they just couldn't seem to fix it. I suggested they just swap out the settop box from our room with an unoccupied room. However they didn't consider the solution. Breakfast was decent. However the Park Boulevard Hotel & Resort is located very far away from the airport and getting to it is such a hassle.

Have been here two times. Best services; best rooms; best food! The room and surroundings are very calm. The Park Boulevard Hotel & Resort staff is extremely accommodating and polite. The buffet breakfast is well prepared, with a lot of variety. Food is tasty and service is prompt. Room setup, bedsheets, air conditioning, bathrooms are all top of class. Highly recommended for a good, peaceful time.

Perfect holiday within the city with friends and family. Excellent rooms, service and beautiful Park Boulevard Hotel & Resort with nice pool and big lawns. Perfect for short family holiday.

I would love to share this, it was too awesome, stay, specially the food. And of-course my partner. Company is actually matter that makes your day beautiful. Staff were nice. I would suggest Fortune Park please install in house bakery. So anyone can have cake and other Dairy product, we missed the cake cutting, a part of our plan. It wasn't available there.

It was an amazing stay with all the facilities and good hospitality. Food was great, staff was very helping and enjoyed a lot Value for money

It was my birthday so went there to spend some good time with my wife and 5 years old daughter. Location was bit away from the city but then its OK. Food was good. We enjoyed a lot. Had nice time at swimming pool. Room was good.

Good stay overall in the amount of money they have charged, however stay could have been better.
Room was good however the bathroom was dirty also towels were dirty.

Good ambiance and front reception. Nice room interior. AC cools well. Staff is friendly. Food is good as needs a healthy one. Also amazed to see HD channels which I never thought. Nice washroom. Hope you guys continue to do the same job and enjoy too.

Rooms are big and had a private sitting.
Towels were not very clean and quality of food was of concern in buffet breakfast, fruits were not fresh.

Well the food could be improved, else room and stay was comfortable and clean. Recommended for your stays while near the airport Mehrauli side. Airport is hardly 40 min.
Excellent property nestled in the quite sprawling green of chattarpur, the rooms size were quite bigger than any city Park Boulevard Hotel & Resort, rooms facing the lawns, overall a beautiful getaway.

Breakfast timing is not good, it's closed 10.30 am. Increase artist 11 am till.

Stay for one day with my friends, comfortable stay with fortune park, breakfast presentation was excellent. Foods was tasty with no of options. Best Park Boulevard Hotel & Resort in South Delhi. Value for money with such a great property.
