It has a awesome place to stay...there is not food available due to construction but as a place, it's really good.... A peaceful place

it was terrible experience staying here...Rooms shown at booking time was different from room provided and rooms was very bad... Beds and blankets provided was not dry cleaned and not even washed and smelled like . Rooms was not cleaned properly and smell very bad. one of our room didn't have TV and none of our rooms has AC remotes. They don't provide us Fresh towels They gave us used Towels. They don't even have person to carry our luggages at check in and check out time. They don't have Intercom facility so we have to go downstairs for communication everything. They don't have any furniture exceptdouble bed and 1 small uncleaned plastic table. Quality of bedsheets and pillows are worst, they were hard like rock. They Don't have even mirror in room and bathroom. Shower was broken and bucket was looking like dustbin

low quality room with amenities shortage. No Tv, no wifi, no chair, damp and crack on walls . Hotel Staffs are incompetent. very bad experience. Ac got malfunctioned and stopped working

Rooms was actually very clean and spacious, we loved play indoor games like ludo chess and snake ladder tic tac too all things were properly managed and lawn was also very beautiful loved to stay at this property.

room are not same as displayed on picture , wifi not available, staff behaviour very bad . Not recommended

No tv, leaking taps, flush not working, blankets not adequate for december cold.

It was a very bad experience during stay at hotel payal palace. There is no kitchen/ restaurant in the premises. Even morning tea was not available. No room service. If you need anything, you have to walk to reception. Also nobody remains present at reception during night. No call bells were there inside or outside of the room. Tv was not in one room and in the other tv was not working. Bed sheets/ pillow covers were dirty. Please remove this hotel from your app.

When i reach to hotel for check-in at reception they informed me that my booking was not available. It was my worst experience
