House Boat is a double decker it has 6 rooms, a huge dining and sitout area. You can enjoy the view from the sitout area. Boat is clean and the staff is polite and the food is excellent

Disappointing Experience

The photos were misleading, and the reality was far from expectations. The pillows, blankets, and bed sheets were not clean. The exhaust fan in the washroom was not working, lights were blinking.. When I requested the manager to change my pillow, he seemed unconcerned. The service was subpar, and our time and money were wasted. Extremely dissatisfied with our stay.

Sorry for the cleanliness of cushions is our mistake. We didn't say to staff for using this. But they keep in between the pillow for show. Any help or need you can all adminstration any time.

The house boat was neat and clean, the room was spacious and got big window to enjoy the beauty of the lake. The food was so yummy, i would recommend them to add more sea foods. Would definitely recommend to all.

The pics were very beautiful but in actual it was dirty and about 5 year old than the pic. Food was ok but very less options. Extra tea was tough to get. They can decorate the boat with some colorful lights to make it beautiful rather than making it dull and the ambience as dull. 3/10

Very good staffs and economic rate..gentle service... food will be provided and good for us. Evening and morning tea or coffee will come to your place.. good. What we seen is the person who come last for eating may not get food or some food will get complete early... Afternoon time Very very hot ๐ฅ inside boat bed room and you cannot sleep or sit inside until they on AC after 8pm... next time we will find full time AC boat... My kids enjoyed stay but we got roasted without AC till 8pm.. such a hot inside. First experience in boat.. ๐คช

familyThe houseboat was decent and value for money. The cruising started on time. Food was like home made. They can include some local kerala specality in the menu to make it more intersting. During snacks time, coffee ran out and they didn't make more. Snacks was not good either. Seating area could have had better seats in the upper deck

Check in and start of houseboat was 12 Noon and checkout is 9 A.M. Just before the day of our stay, I got a call followed by message informing that check in and journey time is 1 PM and checkout remain at 9 AM. I have checked in but but journey not started at 1 PM. After enquiry several request to start journey, at 1.45 they informed that they were waiting for another guest who has still not come. It was further informed that journey will now start and that guest will be picked up somewhere on the way and 1 hour will be compensated. Finally it started at about 2 PM. Thus 2 hours lost because it came back at its spot 2-3 minutes before 9 A.M. to checkout. Lunch was served (of course after Reminder) at about 2.35 PM, May be due to delayed starting. Food became cold at the time of serving. Morning tea and breakfast was also delayed. Breakfast was also cold. It seems, Food items are prepared timely but being served delayed to become cold. My overall experience was good, staff members were very good, polite and we'll behaved. One Staff (Cheff) was also providing some information like a guide. Food quality was also excellent and our entire family enjoyed very well. Above information is just for improving service to maintain schedule may it be start of journey or serving hot Food. It is not critic.๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

For the sharing house boat check in time is 1pm and it's also clearly specified in MakeMyTrip.Actually we got your number 2 days before the check-in date at the same time we informed you about the trip details clearly in WhatsApp.Most of the couples are coming from thekkadi and munnar. They will arrive only before 2pm. Even though we have to wait for the coming guest 15-30 minutes. That's why we are compensating that one hour in evening time. Also we are not taking any lunch break. Thanks for your valuable review. Hope you enjoyed our food,boat and service

Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned properly. We even found cockroaches, spinder in the room. Air-conditioning was limited and temperature was preset. It took almost 4-5 hours for cooling. Not so good experience with this houseboat.

Regarding aircondition, we set preset and operation ( on and off ) through MCB. It's 1 Ton ac , it cool with in Minuts. We have given 3 room boat and other 2 familes were happy. ( Happy customers not made their review. . Bathrooms and rooms are well maintained. About crocroches boats are made with wood , bamboo , cane etc , some times it will come from other boat. We are using pestisides once in a 2 months. Try to find the Google reviews ( Pearlspot Tours ) Thanks
