We went to the hotel we booked, and they had a room, but the room I booked did not have a key. They were saying they don’t have the room key, and that’s a concern for privacy, safety, and security.

The property and service was very good but the property owner his was very very rude guy and he even disturbed our privacy and talk so rudely for no reason and i want perfect stayz plus make trip support team to take a action against that guy it was totally unacceptable

Poor Stay

Terrible place , No place for parking. It’s not even a hotel, it’s a rented home so there is no lift, no reception also, so no proper contact person for anytime. Washroom is stinking as hell, water was linking everywhere. Bedsheet and cushions were full of stains. Very small room. Main thing they have forgotten to give mirror in the room, only in washroom there is a mirror. Only one star I will give for this place because there is only bed to sleep.

The overall experience was so bad that we had to change the hotel within an hour. The maintenance was so bad. Washroom seem to be cleaned but actually it was stinking. We ordered food request them not to make it spicy. But guess what they made it extra spicy and most important. They don't even have any reception. It's like they opened a half built hotel. The only good thing was their drawing room. It had games to play. But even it can't make us stay there longer than an hour
