Excellent stay in periyar meadows. Rooms were spacious and very clean. There is an indoor play area where we can while away the time during rains and in the late evenings. When we stayed there is no option for ala cart menu but food was good in reasonable price. Place is. Hotel is at walkable distance to tiger reserve bus entrance and elephant sagari, kalari etc. All in a walkable distance makes this place suitable for all.

We booked two rooms delux in periyar meadows for two families. Rooms were quite spacious. The best thing about the Periyar Meadows is the location. The periyar boat entry is just infront of the Periyar Meadows. The kathakali and kalaripattu show venue is also walkable. Hotel staff is courteous and welcoming. Just had break fast at Periyar Meadows and it was good.

Just awesome, main spot for tours, periyar national park, martial arts, kathakali and other shows are at a stones throw distance. But food is typically kerelian taste, which needs to be improved. But Periyar Meadows is very good and is worth paying the money for stay

Overall the Hotel is good. But they don't have an AC room and also lift is not available which is a must. I will never go back to them again if they don't instal a lift facility.
