excellent stay in Munnar stay

Stay was average due to some problem with hotel management. Otherwise it was okay

Very comfortable and good for family. Room was spacious and amenities were good. Served elobarated food

we are staying there on 28 October 2025 for 2 days . I am booking three rooms to make my trip . they don't know how to run a hotel . pathetic service they given. staff says the hotel has not given him a salary for months . The room was not clean dad's mosquito on the floor and the room balcony was full of spider hive I recommend you don't stay there.

The location of the hotel is good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the overall service was very disappointing. The staff did not seem trained or experienced. During checkout, it took almost 45 minutes just to calculate one dinner bill, which caused a lot of delay. An even more serious concern was that the restaurant served non-vegetarian food to a table that had clearly ordered vegetarian food, even after informing the staff two or three times. This shows a serious lack of attention and professionalism, especially when it comes to respecting guests’ food preferences. Additionally, the road leading to the hotel is very narrow, making it difficult for vehicles to reach easily. Overall, while the hotel’s location and rooms are decent, the service quality, staff training, and restaurant management need major improvement to provide a satisfactory experience.

Good location, good food but extremely inexperienced staff. They don't know much about hospitality and how to deal with guests. They were trainees with no trainers.

service & food is excellent, from resort views is awesome , Room very neat and clean, I suggest my friends and family.

Staff was clueless about most of the stuff. WiFi wasn't working for most of the stay. The locks were broken. The bedsheet was torn and not changed even after we told them to.

good and decent size rooms. Food was also great. just that the staff didn't clean the rooms unless requested

Initial experience was not good. Foods are very costly and volume is less. Hot water issue even after so many attempts. Breakfast quality is good but delivery is very slow ,may be due to less manpower. location and visuals are good above 2ndfloor. Don't accept first floor.

Hotel service is good but they have problem with their hot water for bath. The room are Very clean and big the view from the balcony is beautifully. Staff is very well mannered and helpful.

Property's facility is very poor, after many times asking for something also, they are not attending and Executive lady Ms Florine Geraldine is introducing herself as a relationship manager and was asking amount for help,no professionalism
