Pine beach residency is small, cozy, 6-room Pine Beach Residency/homestay. Nestled among the coconut trees and lots of other Pine Beach Residencys, hostels and homestays, pine beach residency is just a stone’s throw from the allepey beach, which makes it an ideal place for anyone looking to stay close to the beach. It is also not too far from the lighthouse, mullakal temple, marari beach etc. Room was extremely clean, ac, geyser were functional as expected. Ashi, the owner was responsive and accommodating when i called to ask if i can check-in early, owing to my bus timings. I also received a confirmation call from freddie soon after, which was very reassuring. Freddie and umesh are the caretakers who stay at the property and help out guests. They were extremely welcoming, warm and helpful. Freddie arranged shikara and canoe rides for me and even dropped me at the location for the sunrise ride. Both of them made this trip more memorable for me, making me believe that good people still exist in this world! thank you freddie and umesh!

We came at night time and the host welcomed us and offered a comfortable stay for the four of us at no extra charge. Hot water, air-conditioning etc. Run smoothly. He suggested restaurants near by and organized a home boat trip with the owner. We got go to to the beach with its 2 min walk away

During the journey I loved the stay at Pine Beach, Rahul assisted us very well and we travelled more than what we thought of while coming. Overall it's a good experience and many sea view cafes are near by which is again a addon to the journey. Thanks for welcoming us soo well❤️‍🩹

The place was neat and clean. The view of the beech was decent. And the main thing i liked about the place was the how close it was from the coast and how friendly and helping the manager was. Overall really loved staying here.

It's beautiful property with 5 min walking access to the beach. Caretaker rahul is really nice and helps you in navigation the tourist locations. The rooms are small but fine considering the price you pay!

The pine beach residency is a min u luxury room with good looking of rooms and nice beach view finally the hospitality is very good for customers, the pine beach residency is to choose a nice decision

Service was very good, even rooms and bathrooms were small but as per price it was right and sufficient. Staff was over y good and all services which we asked them have provided. It was gri expeirence

Excellent stay. Easy to find the location. Very near to alleppey beach. Beach view is showing from pine queen residency. Room facilities are very good. Caretaker is very nice and always available.

Modest place with decent facilities. The best part is it is close to the beach and the beach is very tidy with white sand.

The staff was really helpful. Since he was from Siliguri, so there was no problem of communication. Rooms were nice and clean.

The property is better like a homestyle rather than a Pine Beach Residency. The basic ameniites are good. No provison for food at fhe property. Beautiful sea view. Nice people.

1. Managaer and security are very friendly and gives all kind of information required for travel-ling. 2. It’s very near to beach, you can spend whole day n night at beach without hang hassle
