Pine Hill Suites

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. They allotted 2 bedroom accommodation. The price was reasonable for the quality of rooms. The room service was very good, especially Mr. Murugan was very courteous and well behaved. We ordered dinner for one night and the taste was excellent, price was reasonable. The quantity provided was more than sufficient and we could not complete it fully. The view from the room is also good. Only issue is parking. They have parking but you need to be a perfect driver to park in that place else you can use the road in front of the property to park your vehicle.

I recently stayed at 1st floor of Pine Hill Suites in Ooty for 3 days, and it was a wonderful experience! The property is beautifully located, offering great views of the surrounding hills. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Murugan was very attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Stay with family was very comfortable. Behaviour of staff was extremely good and pleasing. Attedant Mr. Murgan was very polite and prompt in his service. Hotel reception Manager Mr. Charles also well behaved and very co operative. location of the suits also good. suit was worth for money

We took 2 Rooms with a common living room. Rooms are spacious. Matress and blankets are O.K. Bath rooms are good with heater. Value for money rooms. Ambience is not like a Pine Hill Suites but it is like a house. Fans are not available in the room. Also no lift. Need to use stair.

Very good. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staffs are very helpful and caring. The atmosphere of the lodge is very pleasant. We can see fabulous mountain scenery through the window of the lodge.

The Hotel is situated at a convenient location having super views. The rooms are big and clean.. The staff is very Cooperative and helpful.. Enjoyed two nights stay at the Pine Hill Suites..😊

Very pleasant stay and cordial staff clean and well maintained rooms. Clean toilets and linens. Ambient place on the ooty kudaloor national highway.

Service of staff was nice, but parking is horrible hope it will improve next time if the parking is improve definitely i will recommend foe my friends.

We were very cordially welcomed to the suit very friendly and helpful staff, provided breakfast very tasty, all over we enjoyed the stay at the suit.

Room was good, clean Need some efforts to improve like cleaning of bath towel.. Add bathroom slippers also

Budget stay, care taker is very helpful, property located on Ooty-Mysore highway, no in house restaurant have to order food online.
