Pintos Beach Resort

The picture and the actual stay & its experience do not match. The room I booked was with ac but t didn't work, the room's window had no curtains, the manager & staff argue and do not listen at all.

Ac was working fine and hot water for bath was good and tv worked fine all the time.

There was no heated in super-deluxe room itself, it was kinda disappointing

Hotel staff behaviour was very rude and unprofessional.

Beach is at the distance of 30 sec. So we can enjoy night life of Goa Beach. All staff is so cooperative. The jet spray in washroom was not working properly but they immediately replaced it. We had wonderful stay in affordable rate. Thank you, team Dreams Beach Resort.

The room condition was not good. Walls have been damaged, Bath room are not cleaned, scanty of water supply. Even good quality glass not provided for drinking waters. It was plastic glasses.

No power backup available. Power cut during night and no backup. AC just running for name sake but not cooling anymore.

First of all this is not a Resort. This is single room with one time cleaning on rent. No swimming pool, no service to rooms even not a phone available to call it's service department. A hotel with only one staff who book rooms and guide to check in.

Hotel staff were very rude. No room service throughout our stay of 3 nights. There were electrical issues in all the four rooms we booked. But the make my trip staff tried their best to resolve the issues but in vain.

Nice place to stay near Beach

The best part is the location. You can literally reach it in 2 minutes. Other than that the staff was really nice. You have a great ambiance, nice restaurants, and wine shops nearby. So, it's great. But we had no water in the bathroom basin and the ac was not working properly. Since the climate was moderately cool, we did not require them really. But, if these are also addressed then it will be great.

Good budget hotel to stay for all. Staff is very polite and happy to serve always.

Its very closed to Calangute Beach. Room is clean and spacious. Good amenities, staff is very very good. Safe place to all.

The bed sheets were too old and soiled with oil. Water drinking glasses provided on asking were of low standard i.e fibre glasses were provided. No mineral water was provided. Taps in the wash room were leaking and lights of very low watts were provided in the room. However, the room was spacious and good provided with a TV and a big mirror and cup boards. The Resort is very near to Calangute and Baga beach.

Big room. Location is very good. Overall cleanliness is sympathetic. Some how we managed to spend one night. High rent is exorbitant for such a filthy room.
